Hey, kitty girls. Are you ready for a brand new season of the best drag competition in HERstory?

We've been on tenterhooks awaiting the arrival Mama Ru and her new batch of queens for what feels like forever.

And now, the day is almost upon us, as RuPaul's Drag Race season 12 officially drops on UK screens on Saturday the 29th of February. That's right, henny!

In case you need reminding of this year's batch of contestants, Aiden Zhane, Brita, Crystal Methyd, Dahlia Sin, Gigi Goode, Heidi In Closet, Jackie Cox, Jaida Essence Hall, Jan, Nicky Doll, Rock M Sakura, Sherry Pie, and Widow Von'Du will all be battling for the Drag Race crown.

There's a whole new bunch of queens (

The queens were officially revealed in a 14-minute Twitter video featuring the one and only Yvie Oddly - last year's winner.

You can check out Tyla's full report on the Season 12 line up here.

It's not just the girls you have to look forward to, as alongside regulars Ru, Michelle Visage, Ross Mathews and Carson Kressley, a whole host of famous faces will also be joining the panel too as guest judges.

Yup, we're talking big names like Nicki Minaj, Whoopi Goldberg, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.

Also helping out will be Chaka Khan, Robyn, Leslie Jones, Normani, Daisy Ridley, Thandie Newton, Olivia Munn, Rachel Bloom, Daniel Franzese, Jonathan Bennett, Winnie Harlow and Goldblum.

WHAT. A. LINEUP.

This year, the season 12 premiere is such a big event that it will be split into two separate episodes.

Speaking on Late Night with Seth Meyer, Ru said: "On Drag Race we have two premieres this season. You get to see the first bunch of girls in episode one and the second bunch of girls - we say 'girls', we mean that term loosely - in the second episode."

Way to keep us on our toes, Ru!

RuPaul's Drag Race premieres on VH1 in the US on Friday 28th February, before landing on Netflix on Saturday 29th February.
