Jesy Nelson Confirms She's No Longer Speaking To Her Little Mix Bandmates

Jesy Nelson Confirms She's No Longer Speaking To Her Little Mix Bandmates

“There’s no bad blood from my side.”

Jesy Nelson has broken her silence about her ongoing ‘feud’ with her former bandmates in Little Mix.

The Boyz singer is thought to be at loggerheads with Jade Thirlwall, Perrie Edwards and Leigh-Anne Pinnock, after leaked alleged DM’s from Leigh-Anne accused Jesy of ‘blackfishing’.

Things took another turn after Jesy, 30, did an Instagram live with Nicki Minaj, and was seen laughing after the rapper called Little Mix ‘clowns’.

And after performing her new single on BBC One’s The Graham Norton Show, Jesy has confirmed she is no longer friendly with any of the group.

“We’re not talking anymore,” she said. “It is sad but honestly there is no bad blood from my side, and I still love them to pieces and genuinely wish them all the best.”

But despite the sour ending to her nine years in the band, Jesy is still full of praise about her tenure in the BRIT-award winning girl band.

“I loved my time with them, and we’ve got the most incredible memories together but it’s just one of those things which needs to take time, so who knows,” she said. “To me they are still the ‘sickest’ girl band in the world.”

Jesy also gushed to host Graham Norton about meeting rapper Diddy after sampling his song Bad Boys For Life.

“From the moment I wrote the song I knew I wanted him in it,” she said. “He heard the song and loved it and then said he would be in the video. I feel like he definitely thought I was in the Spice Girls!”

Meanwhile, many fans believe Little Mix’s latest track, Cut You Off, is a veiled dig at Jesy’s departure from the band.

With lyrics including: "How did we get here? (Here)/It used to be so good (Be so good)… If I can't protect my energy, I gotta cut you off,” several Mixers were in agreement on TikTok about the theory.

“It makes me sad that Jesy basically wants nothing to do with them while they supported her so much after she left,” one person wrote.

The Graham Norton Show airs on BBC One on Friday 29th October and is available on BBC iPlayer.
