Jeremy Clarkson has spoken out about being diagnosed with cancer, having revealed in new episodes of Clarkson's Farm that it is 'aggressive' but was caught 'early'.
Before the episodes dropped, Clarkson warned fans on Instagram that they would be a 'difficult watch'.
"Ordinarily, we try to keep the show charming and cheerful," he said in a video.
"But the final two episodes, which drop in the middle of the night tonight, are none of those things really. They're a difficult watch. They're really, really difficult."

In the seventh episode of the latest series, Clarkson could be seen speaking to Kaleb Cooper and Charlie Ireland about an upcoming harvest.
After Ireland suggested pencilling it in for July, Clarkson admitted it wouldn't work.
“I’ve got cancer," he told the pair, explaining how he found out following a check-up.
He continued: “I’ve known since May. I had a medical, remember? Back in May.
“I disappeared off the other week and had a biopsy done, and it is cancer and it’s aggressive, but it’s really early - so the treatment will be, you know…”

He added that part of his prostate has been removed as part of the treatment.
Clarkson - who has not confirmed the type of cancer he was diagnosed with - said he would be having an operation in a couple of weeks, promising he would be ‘in and out in no time’ but would be out of action for a while.
A clearly shocked Cooper told him: “I don’t like this.”
To which Clarkson quipped: “I wasn’t thrilled.”
Later scenes show Clarkson in hospital after treatment.

"Some of the treatment has gone awry, let's say, I’m going to be here for a little while," he said.
"I’m nil by mouth, I don’t know what’s going to happen.
“What I wanted to say was if this is all successful, I’ll see you for season six and if it isn’t I won’t. Take care everyone."
Once out of hospital, he told Cooper that he was 'feeling good'.
"I’m strong they won’t know if it’s worked or not until November," he went on.
"They do blood tests and things. The prostate, 10 percent of it is dead, the 10 percent where the cancer is.”
The seventh episode, titled 'Sickening' also features Clarkson finding out about the bovine TB outbreak, which occurred at Diddly Squat Farm back in 2025.
