Heartbreaking relationship news broke yesterday that Jelly Roll and Bunnie Xo had called time on their marriage after 10 years.
Hours prior to the announcement hitting international headlines, however, Bunnie shared a number of cryptic social media stories, seemingly hinting at a major personal change behind-the-scenes.
PEOPLE viewed court records on Monday (15 Jun), indicating that country musician Jelly (real name Jason Bradley DeFord) had filed for divorce on 18 May, in Williamson County, Tennessee.
The former couple announced their engagement in 2016 before secretly tying the knot the same day at a courthouse - a year after meeting at one of Jelly's Las Vegas Country Saloon concert performances.

In 2023, they renewed their vows, and attending the Grammy Awards earlier this year, the pair were a picture of blissful PDA.
Winning the Best Contemporary Country Album, Jelly thanked his 'beautiful' other-half, telling Bunnie: "I would have never changed my life without you. I would have ended up dead or in jail. I would have killed myself if it wasn't for you and Jesus. I thank you for that."
As such, the unexpected news of their split has likely shocked a number of their fans - not including those who follow Bunnie on Instagram, however.
Hours before the announcement became public knowledge, Bunnie (real name Alisa DeFord) shared a pretty seductive snap of herself on Instagram.
In the photo, the 46-year-old could be seen wearing a lingerie set, cheekily shaking off one of her bra straps.
A chunk of small print was also attached to the x-rated snap, which was accompanied by the Metric song 'Help I'm Alive'.

"She's getting her sparkle back," Bunnie had written.
An hour later, the podcast host and media producer shared a screengrab of a text message to her Instagram story, one of which read, 'Come here, let me show you what love feels like'.
J. Cole's song 'Power Trip' played over the surprising screenshot.
Lastly, the Dumb Blonde podcast presenter reposted a reel originally shared by Snoop Dogg, which included the text, 'You're embarrassing, cut it out', accompanied by her response, 'Me about to take it up a notch'.
The context of the posts is yet to be unveiled.

This hasn't stopped fans from expressing their disappointment at the prospect of their break-up.
"Aww, I’m sad about this," one Instagram user gushed.
Another wrote: "This is shocking. They seemed like a great couple. Just goes to show you, you never know what’s going on behind closed doors."
A third added: "So sad. They seemed so happy and in love. Just goes to show you how you never know."
