Love Island UK bombshell Halle Brown actually has famous mum and dad
The latest season of Love Island has been an entertaining one indeed, and things are no doubt going to heat up with the four new bombshells who appeared in last night's episode (16 June).
ITV viewers watched on as Halle, Chidi, Tina and Finley rocked up to the set in sunny Majorca as part of the iconic sleepover twist.
Islanders Simba, Mica, Yasmin and Kavan were sent for a night away at a second villa to get to know the four newbies.
However, many fans were quick to point out that Halle actually has two very famous parents. Indeed, she's the daughter of Manchester United Legend Wes Brown and fellow reality TV star, The Real Housewives of Cheshire's Leanne Brown.

Her father, who won 13 trophies, including five Premier League titles and two UEFA Champions League titles.
The pair tied the knot back in 2009 but quietly divorced in early 2022 after being together for 25 years. They also share two other daughters together, Lola and Lilia.
The 23-year-old dancer from Cheshire's 'type on paper' is 'tall, charismatic, muscly, funny, ambitious and loyal'.
When asked what kind of person she's hoping doesn’t walk through the villa door, Halle simply explained that she's not a fan of nonchalant people.
"I am a very expressive person, so I don’t think we’d work at all. I’m looking for a boy who’s similar to me, basically," she said.
Halle added that while she's 'not really a drama type of girl', she has no issues standing up for herself if she needs to.
"I’ll always stand up for what I think is right. As a bombshell, I’m bound to stir things up, but I’m definitely here to find love," she said.
As for her relationship strategy, Halle revealed she'll be going 'straight for the goal'.
"If you want to be anything in football it’s definitely a striker, isn’t it?" she said. "You get all of the glory without having to do any work to bring the ball forward. I can fall in love quite quickly. I’m such a lover girl.
"I just love seeing the good in people and feeling a connection with someone."
When it comes to how she's planning on handling the competition, Halle explained: "As much as I need to go and get what I want, if the boy is feeling someone else and not showing me any expression, I’m never going to keep going and going because that’s not who I am as a person.
"At the end of the day I don’t want to be a second option or to beg for you. Every girl in there is stunning."
Halle's currently got her eye on Simba, gushing: "Wow, what a man."
"Kavan is cheeky, and we are similar in age," she went on before adding: "Lorenzo is gorgeous to look at, but he might be a bit too nonchalant for me."
As for friends, the bombshell shared: "I want to get to know all the girls, but I really think I’ll get along with Mica - who also has a well-known family - and Jasmine.
"Mica seems like she’s a girl’s girl, and I think we’d be on a similar wavelength. Jasmine is just a boss b*tch and stands on business.
"I need to take a leaf out of everyone’s book. Ellie’s humour, how cheeky Yasmin is…"

Dani Dyer - season four (2018)
Perhaps the most obvious of them all is Dani Dyer, whose dad is - you’ve guessed it - Danny Dyer.
The actor initially said he ‘didn’t want’ his daughter to go on the dating show. Speaking on an evening version of Good Morning Britain in 2018, he explained: “I did struggle at first, it was difficult.
“But as it's gone on, I think what she's done is she's proved with this reality TV thing that actually you can be a decent girl, with self-respect, dignity, not be rolling under the bedsheets, still have respect off the man and be loved and adored by young people.”
While Dani ended up winning series four of Love Island with Jack Fincham, the pair ultimately went their separate ways. She’s now married to West Ham footballer Jarrod Bowen - who Danny is a huge fan of since he supports the team.
Tommy Fury - season five (2019)
Not long after rocking up to the villa in 2019, Tommy revealed he was a professional boxer, which led to some Islanders putting two and two together and working out his famous background.
Tommy is the younger half-brother of heavyweight boxing champ Tyson Fury.
At first, Tyson was sceptical about Tommy’s decision to enter the world of reality TV, as he told Metro in 2023: “At the time he was just turned professional and I thought he’s gonna take 18 months to a year – like he did – away from his boxing career. And I wanted him to be a professional boxer, which he was.”
However, as fans will know, Tommy and Molly-Mae Hague went on to become one of the most successful couples in Love Island history, getting engaged and welcoming two children together while succeeding in their respective careers.
Tyson added: “Well, it turned out to be, it was the best thing that could have happened to him because now he’s a professional boxer, but he’s also doing the influencing in boxing and all that.”
Belle Hassan - season five (2019)
Belle is the daughter of actor Tamer Hassan, who is best known for starring in the likes of Snatch, The Football Factory, and even Game of Thrones.
Speaking to The Sun in 2019, Tammer revealed he told Belle before she entered the villa: “Listen, be yourself but I am watching every move, remember who your dad is and do the right stuff.”
She ended up being dumped alongside her partner, Anton Danyluk, a day before the 2019 final. Sadly, it wasn’t meant to be as the two split just weeks after the show finished.
Jack Keating - season eight (2022)
Jack entered Casa Amor as a bombshell in the 2022 series and was quick to bond with fellow Islander Gemma Owen over their famous fathers.
Jack is the son of Boyzone singer Ronan Keating - who confessed he was ‘nervous as hell’ over his son appearing on the show.
In an interview with the Daily Mail in 2022, the star added: “When I saw him walk into the villa my heart was beating out of my chest.
“I'm excited for him though, this is something he wanted to do, and I'll always support him and all my kids in their endeavours.”
Unfortunately, Jack was dumped just days later after failing to make a connection. He returned for a second stint for the 2026 All Stars series and, despite striking up a romance with Sher Suarez, they split after leaving the show.
Gemma Owen - season eight (2022)
Gemma is the daughter of ex-footballer Michael Owen, who played for the likes of Liverpool, Real Madrid, Newcastle United, Manchester United, as well as the England national team. However, during her time in the Love Island villa in 2022, Gemma kept her dad’s identity relatively quiet.
Opening up about his daughter’s decision to go on the show, Michael told OK! In 2023: “I wasn’t that keen.
“But I knew as soon as she said, ‘You know what, I’m probably favouring doing it,’ that she wouldn’t bring shame to me or the family, or anything like that, as she’s bombproof.”
She finished Love Island as a runner-up alongside Luca Bish, though they split just months after.
