Whether it's decorating a birthday door or getting a themed birthday cake - it's clear many parents have their own little family traditions when it comes to birthdays - and Kim Kardashian is of no exception.
The mother-of-four has revealed exactly what she does on her little ones' special days and it is adorable.
Clearly taking the time and effort to offer her kids something sentimental and personalised, Kim is definitely going that one step above when it comes to celebrating another candle on the cake.
The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star is the proud mum to four children who she shares with ex-husband Kanye West: North, 9, Saint, 7, Chicago, 5, and Psalm, 4.

Speaking on the latest episode of the On Purpose with Jay Shetty podcast, the 42-year-old opened up about a whole range of topics in their hour-long conversation, from fame and mental health to career and personal growth.
Kim also touched upon her parenting style and exactly what a birthday looks like in the Kardashian household.
When asked if being the best mum was the hardest job to live up to, the SKIMS founder admitted: "Absolutely."
The social media star continued: "And I’m very confident, so every year I write each one of my kids about a four or five-page letter on their birthday, about what the year was like, who their friends are, silly words they’re saying, their favorite foods, all the silly things they do and a little journey of what the year is like."
Now that's adorable.

Kim added it was 'so fun' to see all the letters from her kids' first-ever birthdays all the way up until now.
She said: "One of ‘em is almost 10 years old. And I know that they’ll appreciate this.
"I know that they’ll appreciate everything, even if they might have thought I was being a little harsh on them. I know that they’ll get it because I got it with my mum. I know they’ll get it with me."
Elsewhere in the interview, Kim also touched on the day-to-day reality of raising four children as she and Kanye navigate co-parenting.

"Everyone says the days are long and the years are short, and that couldn't be like a more true statement," she explained. "When you're in it, I mean, especially when they're babies and you're feeding, there's madness going on. It's like full madness. It's the best chaos though."
