Nicki Minaj could be ready to make her move from rapping bars to speaking on behalf of the President of the United States as Donald Trump makes a shocking admission about whether or not she could fill an important role for him.
In recent months, Minaj has come under fire for voicing her support for Trump's administration, and most recently, his anti-trans policies.
Claiming she forgot about the LGBTQ+ community that supported her music when she was a small artist, fans were left in disbelief when the rapper appeared at a Republican rally in Port Huron, Michigan, on 25 October.
There, she was vocal about supporting Trump ahead of the midterm elections, and then she made comments about transgender children.

However, if her fans turn against her, she may have politics as a backup career.

In a clip posted to X, it showed Trump speaking with Benny Johnson, the host of The Benny Show online.
There, the two men were talking, when Johnson asked Trump if there was room for Minaj to take over from Karoline Leavitt's job.
He asked: "Is Nicki Minaj going to be the next Press Secretary?"
To this, Trump immediately considered the possibility, and seemed positive about it, remarking: "That's a good idea. I think I'll have to think about that."
He then joked that Johnson could be 'good' at the job, too.
The conversation comes just days after Minaj was met with backlash for her anti-trans stance, having been known as a beloved music star to the gay and trans communities.
Speaking to the crowd, Minaj said at the rally: "I am so honoured to be working with this president. He represents resilience."
She added later in her speech: "We're not going to give up, because we want our children to grow up in a place where we can be proud of. We don't want our children to be bombarded with sex changes, right?
"We don't want that for our children. We want people to leave the children alone, leave them out of it, right?"
She then turned to Trump and told him: "So President Trump, it is an honour to stand with you every single time. And I will continue to support you forever and ever. If you run again, I will support you again."
One person wrote on social media: "Nicki Minaj built a career with support from LGBTQ+ fans. Now she's standing beside Trump pushing anti-trans rhetoric about 'protecting children.'"
Another wrote: "Nicki Minaj supporting Trump and his campaign to strip trans rights... and yet half of her stans are queer."
A third added: "Nicki Minaj preaching 'let boys be boys' is disgusting. Her career was embraced by gay, effeminate men, and the LGBT community, including trans and poc who helped elevate her to stardom. To turn around and treat those same people like garbage? Embarrassed I was even a fan."
Previously, Minaj described herself as the president's 'number one fan', as well as endorsing his immigration card policies.
