Jennifer Lawrence has never been one to shy away from an awkward conversation, but her latest admission about giving birth might be one of her most brutally honest - and eye-watering - yet.
The Hunger Games star, 36, has opened up about the unexpected changes her body went through after welcoming two children, revealing that there's one particular part of her anatomy that hasn't quite recovered.
Unfortunately for anyone hoping childbirth comes with a straightforward return to normality, Lawrence had some rather surprising news.
The Oscar-winning actress made the revelation during an appearance on the Call Her Daddy podcast, where she was chatting to host Alex Cooper about pregnancy, motherhood and everything in between.

She confessed there was one aspect of becoming a mother that nobody prepares you for.
Cooper, who was expecting her first child when the interview was recorded, asked Lawrence what had caught her most off guard about becoming a mum.

Rather than offering some reassuring advice about sleepless nights or changing nappies, Lawrence went straight for something considerably more personal.
"Your vagina will bounce back, your butthole won't," she told the presenter.
Understandably, Cooper wasn't entirely thrilled to hear that.
"I don't know if I needed to hear that before giving birth," she responded, before adding: "Wow, wow, Jen."
Really, you can understand her concern.
Cooper then asked the actress what exactly was going to happen to her backside, clearly hoping for some clarification before the big day arrived.
But Lawrence wasn't particularly forthcoming with the details.
"I'll tell you. I will tell you when I can get into a heated place," she joked, referring to the chilly recording studio.
She then took things a step further by offering: "I'll show you."
Not quite the pregnancy advice Cooper was expecting, presumably.
When pressed further, Lawrence offered another rather alarming warning.
"There's no going back," she quipped. "That thing is coming out."
The actress didn't explain precisely what physical changes she had experienced, although pregnancy and childbirth can sometimes cause issues including haemorrhoids, anal fissures and pelvic floor problems.

Of course, everyone's experience is different, and Lawrence's comments shouldn't be taken as a medical prediction for anyone preparing to give birth.
Lawrence shares two sons with her husband, art gallery director Cooke Maroney, whom she married in 2019.
The couple welcomed their first child, Cy, in 2022, followed by their second son in early 2025.
While her comments about her bum provided one of the interview's more memorable moments, Lawrence also spoke candidly about the emotional realities of motherhood.
She admitted that becoming a parent had left her questioning herself, particularly when other mothers suggested she'd instinctively understand what her baby needed.
"You're unprepared for all of it," she explained, adding that people constantly tell new parents to trust their instincts.
Lawrence recalled struggling to distinguish between her baby's different cries, something she'd been assured would come naturally.
The experience left her worrying that she was somehow failing as a mother, despite knowing how much she loved her children.
She also discussed experiencing severe anxiety and postpartum depression after welcoming her second son.
During one particularly difficult period, another mother noticed she was struggling and offered her support, something Lawrence said made a real difference.
While her rather graphic childbirth revelation might have left Cooper with a few additional concerns, Lawrence's wider point was that becoming a parent brings challenges nobody can fully anticipate.
Although, judging by her comments, she certainly wishes someone had warned her about one of them.
