Waitress Grossed Out After Being Left Creepy Note On Receipt With £725 Tip

Waitress Grossed Out After Being Left Creepy Note On Receipt With £725 Tip

This is grim.

A waitress has shared her disgust after being sent a whopping big tip from a diner who made it very clear he was a fan of her nipples.

Sharing the creepy note she had been sent on Reddit, the front-of-house worker expressed her horror at the message she had received.

The bill was returned to her with a $1,000 (£725) tip, with the diner paying a whopping amount over the $128.89 (£98) expected of him.

But the waitress was left horrified by the reason he left the extra cash.

Alongside the financial addition, he wrote: "Beautiful nipples princess", adding "call me" in capital letters.

The tip was majorly creepy (

He then signed off: "The Master". Vom.

Social media users were quick to react to the vulgar message, and criticise the diner for leaving such a grim note.

"This makes me want to die. Thanks," one wrote in response.

While another penned: "I would feel so grimy receiving this message".

Us too.

In slightly more pleasant news, did you hear about the significantly nicer note that one customer gave a waitress, recently?

Yep, a waitress shared a photo on her Twitter account of a handwritten note left with her tip that left her in tears.

Megan King (@alienpopstarr) shared two pictures, one of the note and one of her smiling with tears streaming down her face.

The note read, "Thank you very much for your kind service. This was my first time eating out alone since my husband passed. I was hoping I could get through it."

Megan simply captioned the tweet "in pain".

The waitress, who works at American Restaurant and Bakery chain Perkins, told Tyla, "This older woman came in on a busy Sunday, and about halfway through her meal, it started to slow down. We chatted for a few minutes. Small talk, nothing too deep.

The sweet note was left along with a tip (

"She told me it'd been a while since she last went out to eat and that Perkins was on old favourite. She was very low maintenance, and she left just as quietly as came. When it came time to bus her table, I was surprised that she'd left a note.

"As soon as I read that she'd lost her husband I lost it. I had to use the restroom to get myself together enough to tend to my other tables even though I really didn't have time to take a rest.

"I would add that she did seem a bit sad. In retrospect. I wish I would've taken her quiet as an invitation. I think that's what she wanted, looking back."

It's nice to hear of some wholesome behaviour to cancel out the creepiness...
