There surely isn't one person on this planet that doesn't enjoy Mean Girls.
It's perfect in every way and up there with the most iconic chick flicks of all - but now superfans can actually sleep in a bedroom dedicated to the 2004 movie.
An Airbnb in Nashville, US - advertised as the perfect pad for bachelorette parties - is one of a kind.
Comprised of four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and accommodating up to 12 guests, one of the best bedrooms is dedicated solely to the Lindsay Lohan-starring flick.
Bubblegum pink walls are adorned with 'Bach Book' (as opposed to Burn Book) lettering and kiss mark stencils.
There's also a plush bed, red draping curtains and a dressing table with vanity mirror resembling Regina George's iconic bedroom.
On the bedside table is a framed photo of the rom-com's heartthrob Aaron Samuels. Still dreamy 16 years on.
But the epicness of the girly house doesn't stop there.
Other rooms include one dedicated to Dolly Parton. Like Dollywood on a much smaller scale, the pink-walled room features a king bed with gold satin sheets, a CD wall and of course a framed photo of the iconic country singer taking centre stage.
Another bedroom take inspiration from Clueless, with decor including an "as if" poster and curtains in Cher's signature yellow.
The kitchen is inspired by Breakfast at Tiffany's, complete with duck egg blue walls, framed Holly Golightly posters from the iconic 1961 movie and even Tiffany & Co boxes littered around the room (sadly not filled with diamonds).
There's even a wall dedicated to hunks, with framed photos of the likes of Ryan Gosling and Orlando Bloom and guests can even get a selfie in front of the "Get Nashty" neon vine wall.
The home goes for just $274 (£209) per night, which split between 11 more of your best girls is peanuts! Of course, you'll have get to Nashville, so you'll have to factor in flights, too.
Also, you may have to hold off for a while. Currently, the FCO advises British nationals against all but essential international travel - but don't fret, the Nashville Bachelorette House isn't going anywhere.
We'd be there in a heartbeat if we could.
