Ever wondered what the customer services workers really think when you're complaining to a brand?
Well, one hilarious Internet prankster named The Amazing Troll-Man has answered a string of Facebook complaints pretending to be a disgruntled employee of various stores, and the result is absolutely iconic.
Facebook page Motivate Me Drunk shared the fake comments on their page, writing: "So there is an absolute legend who has named their facebook account 'Customer Support' and answered some complaints of varied companies. Had us in stitches... "
And the post soon went viral, with over 42,000 'likes' and 70,000 shares on the platform.
The professional troll changed their profile picture to look like the customer services page of brands including M & S, Costa and Tesco, among many others.
In one hilarious post in which one customer was complaining about the customer service in her local M&S, they replied: "Don't be a grass. Not cool".
Meanwhile, another saw the troll pose as TGI Fridays customer services to tell a customer that their waitress, Susie, had been fired because "we caught her sh*tt*ng in the JD sauce again!!"
"I don't understand as a company why you'd say that even if it was true? Please tell me this is some sort of wind up?," the confused poster replied.
To which the prankster clapped back: "Unlike Susie, I sh*t you not".
While posing as a Costa Coffee customer care assistant, the troll also had the best response when one person suggested they write names on their cups like their competitor, Starbucks.
Sharing a picture of a Costa cup with the words "moaning c**t," written on it, the troll obviously riled up the commenter, who even warned they would be taking the incident further.
Plus, when posing as a New Look worker, they replied to someone criticising their sizing by writing: "Pipe down. I'm absolutely dying this morning. Had a bit of a mad one last night, proper feeling it now tho."
Before adding: "Come back in six hours when my shift's over".
Our personal fave is the prankster posing as Liam Neeson from Taken to a disgruntled customer.
