Ofcom Hit With Complaints Over Breastfeeding My Boyfriend Couple

Viewers were left in shock after watching the documentary about women breastfeeding their partners.

Ofcom has announced Channel 4’s controversial documentary Breastfeeding My Boyfriend has led to dozens of complaints from viewers.

The real-life documentary explored the lives of grown men and women who enjoy breastfeeding. One mum-of-three who goes by the moniker “Milky Mummy” sells lactation videos online and it has proven to be very lucrative.

After airing on Monday 25th October, 129 viewers complained to the regulator about the programme.

Ofcom said: "Viewers objected to the premise of this programme, and scenes within it."

Tip and Button are a couple who were featured in the documentary who spoke openly about their love of adult nursing.

Viewers were horrified by the sound of sucking, as Tip latched on to Button's breast and drank her milk on camera.

Viewers at home were not impressed and some took to Twitter to complain.

"The sound of a grown man latching on a t** is going to haunt my dreams tonight," said one horrified viewer.

"The noise!!! The noise!!!," complained another.

Button said: "People think it's a sex life thing, but it's not our sex life, it's part of our lives and our relationship. But we had to post it on a porn site because you can't just post it on Facebook, or anything like that.

Tip added: "What shocked me was how overwhelmingly positive the response was, and what was interesting was how many people just wanted to know more."

Lanna Michaels and her fiance Shawn also spoke to Channel 4 about their romance after meeting on a vegan dating app. They said breastfeeding helped them to connect on a "deeper" level and they hoped to break the taboo around adult breastfeeding.

Breastfeeding My Boyfriend is available to stream on All 4 now.
