Friends fans might feel like no time at all has passed since the sitcom came to an end, but what if we told you that the actresses who played baby Emma are now 18?
Yep, believe it or not Emma was played by twins Noelle and Cali Sheldon when they were just one year old, in the ninth and tenth seasons (between 2003 and 2004).
And now they're both 18-year-old women. They grow up so fast!

Of course, it's not that much of a shocker that Cali and Noelle have indeed aged over the last 17 years.
But it has certainly made Friends fans feel old.
After uncovering the pair on Instagram, they have flocked to comment on their pictures, still addressing them both as 'Emma' and addressing them as if they're Ross Gellar and Rachel Green's actual child.

Under one of Cali's pictures of the pair in their UCLA hoodies, a Friends fanatic wrote: "Ross must be so proud".
Meanwhile, another referenced the character's love of Sir Mix-a-Lot's Baby Got Back, writing to Noelle: "Aww Emma!! I wonder if she still laughs to 'I like big butts' lol".
Joking about the infamous video which Chandler and Monica filmed for Emma on her first birthday, another fan quipped under Cali's graduation post: "Have you woken up from your nap, Emma?"
"No sh*t... wow Emma you've grown", someone wrote under another of Noelle's snaps.
Since Friends wrapped both Noelle and Cali have got acting credits to their names, most recently appearing as Lindsey and Becca Tyler respectively in 2019 hit, US - an American psychological thriller directed by Jordan Peele.

The actresses - born on June 17th 2002 - have previously admitted they weren't allowed to watch Friends until they were thirteen, adding that they don't remember much about being on the show.
However, they appear proud of their connection to the sitcom, and have shared pictures with references to their time on the show, over the years.
For one, to mark the start of last year - when Chandler sarcastically quipped Emma would awake from her nap - Noelle posted an edited photo of herself in Central Perk, holding up a Central Perk mug, writing: "Just woke up from the best nap of all time, happy 2020!! (ft. my poorly done photoshop.)
"Hope everyone has an excellent year full of family, friends, and laughter!!"
Plus, the pair have also previously posed up a storm on their on-screen-mum, Jennifer Aniston's Hollywood star, writing: "We found the coolest star! #jenniferaniston".
Meanwhile, Cali has also harked back at her time on the show, sharing pictures outside Central Perk with her sister, and snaps from the set, where she stood as a tot alongside Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow and Jennifer Aniston filming what fans have deduced were scenes for Emma's first birthday bash.

In another picture, Jennifer could be seen holding a little Cali in her arms.
