For many of us who grew up on the Disney Channel, Hannah Montana was our go-to programme and has comfortably cemented itself as one of the key pillars of our childhoods.
However, it would appear that what went down when the cameras weren't rolling wasn't as family-friendly as the nostalgic sitcom we've all come to know and love as Miley Cyrus, who, as we know, starred as the titular character, has just made a pretty bold claim that one star from the show took drugs on set.
The 32-year-old 'Flowers' singer recently appeared on her mum Tish Cyrus, and sister Brandi Cyrus' Sorry We’re Cyrus podcast on Thursday (19 June) where she answered a series of rapid-fire questions.

"What’s a core memory from the Hannah Montana days that still makes you laugh?" Tish, who shares two other children - Braison, 31, and Noah, 25 - with ex-husband Billy Ray who starred on the beloved TV series from 2006 to 2011.

Without hesitation, Miley revealed: "Dad smoking pot and everyone blaming me for it."
"It's hilarious!" she went on, before adding, "And he wasn't sharing 'cuz Tish wasn't tokin' yet."

"I do remember that," Brandi confessed.
Recalling the situation as 'hilarious', it appeared that Tish - who divorced Billy Ray in 2022 after 28 years of marriage - remembered things a tad differently.
She said she receive calls about her then-husband 'smoking pot' but explained that she would never believe the reports at the time.
"I was saying, 'Absolutely not, he would never do that,'" Tish said. "It's Mitchell Musso!"

"Well, it was Mitchell," Miley joked, "It was both!"

Yep, Tish and Miley instead seemingly blamed the latter's co-star - none other than Mitchel Musso, 33, who starred as Oliver Oken.
Musso, however, has since denied such claims, saying in a statement to E! News: "Well, that’s not how I remember it. However, I’ve got plenty of stories from those years that might be worth having a conversation about. If we’re revisiting Hannah Montana history - just say the word.

"All love to Miley and the fam, even when the rewrites get this creative."
Tyla has reached out to both Billy Ray Cyrus and Mitchel Musso's representatives for further comment.
