Dani Dyer's Boyfriend Sentenced To Over Three Years In Jail

Sammy Kimmence wept as he was sentenced for scammed £34,000. He got ahold of the money by posing as a financial investor.

Vulnerable pensioners Peter Martin, 91, and Peter Haynes, 81, were persuaded by Kimmence, 25, to 'invest' their savings, which he then used to shell out on expensive designer clothes, visit fancy restaurants and book expensive hotels.

Kimmence had met the pair while working as Senior Trader at Equine Global Sports Limited. The company previously would place bets on horse races on behalf of clients, but had gone into liquidation.

Having initially denied the charges in February, Kimmence claimed he was investing the money acquired through his own company, S&S Trading - but had failed to do so.

He later changed his plea to guilty.

Kimmence admitted to four counts of fraud against Peter Martin, who has since died, totalling nearly £26,000, as well as a fifth charge against Peter Haynes of £7,927. He has been told he will have to serve at least half his sentence of 42 months.

The pair had dated before Dani entered the programme, but split after a number of rows. According to Heat, Dani decided to call time on their relationship after actor dad, Danny Dyer, said he felt that Kimmence treated Dani too much like a 'side dish.'

In April 2019, Dani and Kimmence were spotted kissing on the street, before making their relationship official on Instagram one month later.

After a brief split in March 2020, the pair reconciled, and have stayed together since.

Dani welcomed their first child together, a baby boy named Santiago, in January this year.
