Former Love Island winner and presenter Amber Gill, 24, has posted a statement on her Instagram story about being inundated with death threats following articles about her and the professional footballer, Jack Grealish, 26.
Rumours had been circling about whether the two had been seeing each other and whether they had been doing it behind the back of Jack's girlfriend, Sasha Attwood, 25. At the same time, rumours about Jack Grealish and actress, comedian and television personality Emily Atack, 31, dating as well.
Amber wrote on her Instagram story: "After the headlines yesterday making it look like I had given an interview saying ‘I’m the other, other woman’ I have received hundreds of abusive messages and DEATH threats.

"I chose to ignore the headlines but as the day went on I began to feel more and more angry and upset and I’m not going to just ignore it because this behaviour needs to be challenged.
"The 2 false articles written about me have invited complete strangers to DM the most vile and intimidating things, and worse still threatened my life! Why?? Because they believe the complete rubbish written about me yesterday. So, I’m not going to just quietly ignore it."
She continued: "For absolute clarity and in MY words, I’ve never been the ‘other woman’ nor will I ever be. And I would also never use the degrading term ‘other woman’ either (like we are collectible, trophies for men!)

People on social media had been labelling Amber a "homewrecker" and "mistress of many" after numerous articles claimed Jack had been dating both Emily and Amber while also possibly still with his long-term girlfriend, Sasha.
In a previous video posted to her social media, Amber shut down any rumours that she was dating Jack Grealish, saying: "Any relationships that I've got going on or any dating get ruined immediately by people going 'This is who she's dating now' and I'm like 'Hold on, am I?'"

Sasha Attwood, Jack Grealish and Emily Atack have not responded to any rumours as of yet.
