They were once thought to be one of the strongest couples on this year's season of Married at First Sight UK. But much to viewers' sadness, Chanita Stephenson and Jordan Emmett-Connelly are now just friends.
Chanita, 29 and Jordan, also 29, were matched together by experts for the E4 reality show, and hit it off straight away as they met at the altar.
But towards the end of the experiment, tensions started building between the pair and they ended their relationship before the reunion show.

Now, weeks on from the experiment and Chanita explained to Heart Breakfast that the former spouses are now 'just friends'.
"After the experiment, I did give Jordan another chance, but he just... Yeah so we're friends, just friends," she explained to presenters Amanda Holden and Jamie Theakston.
Discussing her dating life now, she added: "It's only recently that I really cut my ties with Jordan in that sense, and we've been friends.

"So I've kind of taken a step back and gone with the flow and I think it's hard to start dating someone and be like 'oh do you want to watch my wedding on telly'."
Chanita said she's 'definitely not' given up hope on finding love.
"I still made an amazing friendship with Jordan and I wouldn't change anything," she said.

Jordan recently opened up about his and Chanita's relationship on Instagram, telling followers he 'handled the situation badly'.
He wrote: "I can't express how difficult it has been to deal with the fact that I have upset Chanita to the extent I have, I am not a bad person, but I handled the situation badly, and I take full accountability and have learnt an important lesson. If I could turn back the clock and change things I would but unfortunately that’s not possible.
"As with anyone in the world, I have my own feelings and my own flaws. I don’t handle my emotions the best at times, I sometimes don’t think logically and my impulsiveness gets me into situations that I don’t want to be in.
"Chanita is an amazing person, I still have strong feelings and I care for her more than she will ever know. From the bottom of my heart, all I want is for her to be happy. I am so grateful that we shared this experience together.

"We have laughed, cried, and experienced every other emotion in between with each other. We truly seen and done it all, and I love us for that. We continue to speak every day, and I will do everything I can to try and keep her in my life."
