Tammy Slaton has an army of dedicated fans who are always hyping her up on her weight loss journey - and now, they're praising another new change in her appearance.
The 1000-lb Sisters star, has lost over 500 pounds since starting her plan to shed the pounds and fans have been showering her with support throughout.
The reality TV icon underwent bariatric surgery in 2022 and has been open about her experience ever since - at her heaviest, she weighed over 700 pounds, but as of earlier this year, she revealed she now weighs 238 pounds.
After dropping the weight, Tammy underwent skin removal surgery this year, where she had over 15 pounds of excess skin removed from her chin, arms, and stomach.

She reacted to the moment she saw the results for the first time on her reality show, exclaiming: "I’m shocked. Like, I feel so weird. I don’t have my hanging b******* off my face.
“My bat wings are gone too. And I look down and there’s not nothing there but my lap now. It’s gonna take a little while for me to get used to seeing myself like this.”
And ever since Tammy's transformation, the TV star has been living nothing short of her best life, including taking part in podcast and event appearances.
Yesterday, creators Hunter and Logan Ezell revealed that Tammy would be appearing on the Creative Chaos podcast next Tuesday (19 August).
They announced the exciting news alongside a series of new professional pictures of the host posing alongside the reality star.
In the snaps, Tammy looks incredibly in a black and white striped dress, paired with a blue denim jacket and some funky orange sunglasses.
However, as well as her dramatic weight loss, there was one new feature that eagle-eyed fans think they noticed a change in - Tammy's teeth.
She has always expressed an interest in cosmetic dental procedures and has faced cruel comments from trolls in the past about it.
Last January, she posted a video on TikTok addressing the nasty hate, telling one troll in particular: “With all due respect, I wish people like you would stop commenting crap like this. It’s not helping my confidence. I was trying to keep my confidence boosted and seeing comments about my chin or my teeth doesn’t help.”
She explained getting her teeth fixed can be expensive and although she has money, she can't save up for it right now.
Tammy said: “I had to calm myself down before I replied because I really wanted to go off on you. I really wanted to tell you if you had a true problem with my teeth then pay for them yourself. But I don’t want to be that person. I don’t want to be rude.”
And while, of course, Tammy does not need anything done to her teeth, fans are happy that if it's what she wanted to do, she's been able to save up the cash for it.
Instagram users wrote: "Did my girl get her teeth fixed?! Love that for her" and "SHE GOT HER TEETH FIXED!!!!!! Woo hoo."
A second wrote: "Look at that smile, your teeth look fantastic - keep shining and focused on your goals as you deserve this journey."
While a third chimed in with: "S**t girl did you get dental work done?? I’ve been following your journey and damn girl you look so good! Proud of you."
And others added: "The teeth!!!! Love girl" and "Tammy! You finally got your teeth girlfriend! Unstoppable!"
"Tammy you're INCREDIBLE girl!!!! You Flaunt that weight loss. Over 500llbs off WOW. Your teeth look Great too! So pleased for you," wrote another fan.
One thing is for sure - no matter what Tammy chooses to do, everyone is behind her!
