Remember Jane Norman?
From iconic, sans-serif logo to its plastic drawstring bags (the perfect carrier for that school PE kit) the cult 90s brand carries a whole lot of nostalgia for millennials.
The now-discontinued high street chain was a go-to for the fashion essentials of the time, like low-rise bootcut jeans, halter neck tops, wide belts and (oh yes) pedal pushers.

Until recently, we thought Jane Norman was a thing of the past - until a certain supermodel decided to give the brand the kiss of life for 2020, that is. Tbh, we have a lot of questions.
Yep, Bella took her love for '90s fashion to new heights when she shared a snap of herself in a pink-and-white Jane Norman cami top with her 32M Instagram followers.
With its girlish frill detail and spaghetti straps, the look is a major throwback - and Bella accessorised her cami in true 90s style, too.
Throwing charm bracelets, trinket necklaces and a high ponytail into the mix, the model nailed the retro look.

Vogue promptly declared that Bella had 'brought the 90's high street brand back from the dead' and speculated that the A-lister had snapped up the pink cami 'during one of her second-hand shopping trips to New York treasure troves'.
Wherever the runway icon bought her vintage top, we think it's unlikely she knows quite how much of a big deal her purchase will be for her British millennial fans.
After all, Jane Norman has a long history. Set up way back in 1952, the sister company of fashion chain Peacocks enjoyed a surge of popularity in the 90s but struggled to sustain profits in the noughties.

The brand first went into administration in 2011, then again in 2014, before finally bowing out from the high street once and for all in 2018 - sob!
Bella, we're so glad you're showing Jane Norman some love - it's just a shame you don't have a legendary fuschia pink and black drawstring bag to swing your purchase around in.
