While it's certainly not uncommon for Kim Kardashian to experiment with her style and push the boat out when it comes to her fashion choices, her latest look has left her fans truly divided.
Among the Kardashian family, who are considered icons in the fashion industry, Kim in particular regularly ruffles feathers with her style choices, from wearing a nude-coloured mask which covered her entire face, to wearing a historical dress made famous by the late Marilyn Monroe.
She also regularly defends her daughter North West for her bold looks with piercings, fake tattoos and vibrant hair.
It seems Kim fancied a change for her latest outing, as she teamed a sparkly, stretchy Gucci gold dress and Pleaser platforms with tousled hair for the for the annual Vanity Fair Oscars party at the weekend.

This time, it wasn't the dress that got people talking, but Kim's eyes instead.

Yep, she opted for some icy blue contact lenses, which left fans spiralling as they were so used to seeing her with her natural dark brown eyes.
The 45-year-old credited Gucci's creative director Demna Gvasalia for the look, as she wrote: "DEMNA 4 EVER GUCCI."
And now, many are divided over whether it's a good look for her or not.
On Reddit one wrote: "Kim please, step away from the contact lenses."

"I know in real life this looks terrifying," slammed another.
"Blue eyes do not match her complexion at all, she has too many dark features for that," insisted one commenter.
"I’m always defending Miss Kimberly and fighting for my life in the comments. But girl what the - (Tyra Voice) If I could give you a zero I would. But that's not possible, so I give you a one," one fan tried to be nice.

One supporter argued: "Noo it's fun! Just for one night who cares! Also I think it looks really good here! But it didn't photograph well in the carpet, from afar."
"Let her enjoy herself" insisted one viewer, arguing that 'life's too short and you're allowed to experiment'.
"Kim, those contacts," another said simply on X, topped off with a crying emoji.

"Are colored lenses just fundamentally terrible? I know she’s gotta be using a high end brand, but it’s still giving the possessed dead-eyed doll look as my cheap blue lenses during my regrettable colored contacts phase," mused another critic.
Needless to say, while it's not been her most popular of looks, she still looked incredible... as always!
