Kim Kardashian’s latest look leaves fans seriously concerned

Kim Kardashian is known for pushing boundaries when it comes to fashion - but her latest look has left fans seriously concerned.

As we say, the SKIMS founder, 44, is no stranger to an outrageous outfit and from a latex gown to being covered head-to-toe in yellow caution tape, we never quite know what she's going to step out in.

In 2022, followers of the reality TV star will remember she even donned Marilyn Monroe’s original 1962 ‘Happy Birthday Mr. President’ dress at the Met Gala.

And most recently, the fashion mogul has released a new SKIMS collection that's got everyone talking - faux intimate hair thongs that cost £34 per pair, also known as The Ultimate Bush collection.

Now, not even a week later, the outfit that's turned heads is the one Kim wore to the Academy Museum Gala in Los Angeles on Saturday (October 18).

The annual event raises funds for the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures, in an effort to help support its exhibitions, education initiatives, and public programming, as per Vogue.

And as per usual, in the spotlight was Kim, who shocked attendees by sporting a nude-colored mask that covered her entire face and hair.

Underneath the mask, The Kardashians star added the glamour with a large glitzy silver and green choker, while the dress itself matched the colour of the mask and was strapless and corseted, with flowing sleeves.

According to People, the gown was from the Maison Margiela Fall 2025 Couture collection - but people simply couldn't keep their eyes off Kim's bizarre headwear.

Following the event, she took to Instagram to share a slew of pictures of her unique ensemble, and while some fans were loving it, others have been left worried by both the mask and the tightness of the corset dress.

Some people penned: "Kim K throwing fits again" and "Soooooo good!!"

While others added: "Incredible!!!" and "Can’t see her face but still serving face."

And someone else wrote: "This is the BEST look she’s ever given. Please continue with cause I’m tired of looking at her & her carbon copies."

However, as we say, others weren't as impressed, writing: "Her ribs are crushed and she can’t breathe what kind of sick things is this" and "Omg her stomach looks like it hurts and she definitely can not breathe."

"A whole outfit that makes you look like you’re in agony!" agreed a third.

And a fourth chimed in with: "Great call, let’s suffocate our daughters more."

While other followers added: "Could this BE anymore ridiculous!?" and "Looks so uncomfortable."

And another concerned fan pointed out: "She has the dress buried in her ribs. Must be super uncomfortable."

"Why why why is she covering her face?" questioned someone else, while another person added: "Girl I love you but why."

It's actually not the first time Kim's sparked worry in this way as in 2024 she wore a dress to the Met Gala that had an equally small waist, prompting fans to call it 'unhealthy'.

She wore an extremely waist-cinching custom Margiela by John Galliano strapless silver corset, with fans commenting: "What surgery did she have done to her waist to get it that small" and "Her waist is non-existent in that dress."
