Kris Jenner turned heads with her jaw dropping $100k facelift not too long ago, before celebrating her 70th birthday.
Now, the matriarch of the Kardashians has made a confession about her new look, following her very expensive trip under the knife.
On a recent episode of The Kardashians, Kris has opened up about her youthful image.
The family are experienced in the world of cosmetic surgery, with many of the momager's daughters having undergone numerous nips and tucks over the years.

Kris revealed her surgery was carried out by celebrity plastic surgeon Dr Steven M Levine, who many call the 'facelift maestro', and have praised her looks saying she is 'ageing in reverse'.
She recently celebrated her landmark birthday with half of Hollywood, in a lavish James Bond 007 themed bash.

On the new episode of the show, Kris is seen chatting with Kim Kardashian in Paris before the duo head out for a shopping trip.

Kris exclaimed that her nose is 'probably the only thing on my face that's real' following her surgery
Kim then said her teeth were also real, saying she has 'has 'never had a veneer'.
Kris made a cheeky request for Kim to 'bend over', joking about the rumours her daughter has had a BBL thanks to her ample proportions.
Back in August, Kris told Vogue all about her latest surgery: "I had a facelift about 15 years ago, so it was time for a refresh.

"I decided to do this facelift because I want to be the best version of myself, and that makes me happy," she said candidly.
"Just because you get older, it doesn't mean you should give up on yourself," she insisted. "If you feel comfortable in your skin and you want to age gracefully – meaning you don't want to do anything – then don't do anything. But for me, this is aging gracefully. It's my version."

Despite being a hugely successful surgeon, Kris insists Dr Levine doesn't love the attention that comes with his high-profile work on celebrities.

She told the Not Skinny But Not Fat Podcast: "He didn't want the attention, which I loved, I said, 'But do I have your permission to say who you are?'
"And he goes, 'Listen, I'll tell you what. As long as we can come up with a password so that if somebody calls and says, I'm Kris Jenner's best friend, and can I have a consultation? They have to say the secret password.'"
She claimed people have even been calling the surgeon pretending to be her friend to try and sneak in to get work done.
Kris said she decided to be open about her surgery to prevent people from feeling 'afraid' about self-improvement or going under the knife.

"It really is somehow my way of showing people and trying to inspire others not to be afraid of surgeries that you need that are necessary or even something you wanna do because you wanna feel better about yourself."
She has also had botox, a breast augmentation, and a hip replacement.
Kris said the hip replacement was a wake-up call for her, and said on The Kardashians: "It reminds me of somebody older than I feel on the inside and somebody who is going to have challenges for the rest of her life. This is serious."
She said it was very 'painful'.
Kris also showed off her new look during a recent thanksgiving celebration.
