Jennifer Lawrence is keeping it real when it comes to motherhood, body changes and plastic surgery.
The Hunger Games star has opened up about finally getting the breast surgery she wanted after having two children, and she's already got another cosmetic procedure on her mind.
Lawrence, 36, confirmed she went under the knife after previously revealing she was planning to get a boob job following the birth of her second child.
In a new interview with The Cut (published 27 Oct) the actress opened up about her decision while discussing her latest venture into the beauty world with her new haircare brand, mes°.

The star, who shares two sons with her husband Cooke Maroney, made it clear that she wants to feel good about herself while navigating life as a mum.
Explaining her approach to motherhood and beauty, Lawrence admitted: "I want to be a sexy mom. At drop-off, I want to look like a woman that has her s*** together even when I've just woken up and don't have my s*** together."

Honestly, we rate her honesty.
Her decision to have breast surgery came after she noticed a difference in how her body recovered following her pregnancies.
Back in October 2025, Lawrence first spoke about her plans for breast surgery during an interview with The New Yorker, revealing insecurities emerged while she was filming a nude scene for the comedy No Hard Feelings.
At the time, the Passengers actress explained that her body had responded differently after welcoming her second child, something many women can relate to when it comes to the changes that come with pregnancy and motherhood.
"Everything bounced back, pretty much, after the first one,” she said, revealing that her experience differed the second time around.
"Second one, nothing bounced back."
The Hollywood favourite had previously revealed that she was planning to undergo the procedure in November 2025.

Lawrence also admitted that she would probably have wanted the surgery regardless of whether she was a huge-name star or took on a different career.
When asked whether she would still have pursued it without a film role, she responded: "Maybe I wouldn’t be hustling to the appointment in the same way. But I think yes."
In her latest interview, she finally confirmed that she went ahead with the procedure.
And as if her breast surgery confession wasn't enough, Lawrence also revealed that she hopes to get a facelift in the future.
"No but, believe me, I’m gonna!" she teased.
Lawrence previously discussed the limitations she faces as an actress, particularly when it comes to treatments that could affect her facial expressions on camera - a rather contentious topic in the celeb realm.
During a September 2026 interview, the star explained: "I can't really get very much done. I need to have movement in my face - I get baby Botox, but I can't do a lot."

However, that doesn't mean she's completely ruled out other treatments.
She also confessed at the time that she's a fan of radiofrequency treatments, which she sees as a way to address her concerns about her cheeks without making a dramatic change to her looks.
Lawrence's latest interview also coincides with the launch of mes°. her new haircare brand developed with beauty entrepreneur and chemical biological engineer Jasmina Aganovic.
The venture marks another step for the actress, who has spoken about her long-standing interest in hair and the damage caused by years of styling and colouring for film roles.
"When you are a new and upcoming actress, you can't be like, 'Don't put that on my hair.' You sit in the chair and you say, 'Thank you' and you shut your mouth," she explained.
