Mark Wright Gives Health Update After Finding Lump

The 34-year-old had recently revealed that he had a lumpectomy after doctors feared a lump found in his armpit could turn cancerous. He has now addressed fans in a video update.

In the caption to the three minute clip, Mark added that the recent health scare has made him more determined to keep himself in good health.

“I feel so so lucky,” he said. “I’m not gonna lie though it really gave me and my family a scare and it’s made me even more passionate about keeping as fit and healthy as possible and hopefully trying to help as many of you to do the same too.”

The long walk Mark was going on was some of the only exercise he had been able to do since the operation.

“Honestly, already my head is cleared. I've had the worry and anxiety of what this is gonna be and just from staying in and recovering leaving me feeling a bit low and not very motivated,” he said.

"Just a message from me to you now I've started exercising again, I just feel so much better it's cleared my head. And that is why I'm coming on here to talk to you about what is coming in 2022.”
