Fans Have Found Further Proof The Princess Switch And A Christmas Prince Are Connected

Fans of Netflix's Christmas rom-coms were left in shock after spotting a very familiar face in the new film, The Princess Switch 3: Romancing the Star.

The third film in the Vanessa Hudgens festive franchise sees the return of her three characters, Queen Margaret, Princess Stacy and Margaret’s look-alike cousin Fiona as they track down a jewel thief.
One fan immediately ran to Twitter to share a picture from the scene after spotting Count Simon (played by Theo Devaney) make a quick cameo in The Princess Switch 3.
“King Richard and Queen Amber made their cameo in The Princess Switch 2: Switch Again, and now! Duke Simon made his!” they said.

And they weren’t the only one. Viewers were left ‘crying’ and in complete shock.
“AHHHHH?! SIMON FROM CHRISTMAS PRINCE CAMEO IN PRINCESS SWITCH 3?!
I’m crying,” one fan tweeted with a crying emoji.
Another fan shared their reaction, writing: “Watching princess switch 3 and Did they just connect the princess switch universe to the A Christmas prince one with that Simon cameo?!?!?!!!!”



While a third fan pleaded with Netflix to connect what they called the Netflix Christmas Cinematic Universe. “Okay wtf The Princess Switch 3 had SIMON from The Christmas Prince show up without his wife and is friends with Fiona?? Excuse me there has to be a fourth film to finally bring the NCCU together”
Simon's cameo marks the second time a character from A Christmas Prince has had a rendezvous with the folks from The Princess Switch franchise.

In The Princess Switch: Switched Again Queen Amber (Rose McIver) and King Richard (Ben Lamb) from A Christmas Prince, were spotted as guests at Margaret’s coronation.
The Princess Switch 3: Romancing the Star was written by Robin Bernheim burger and is directed by Mike Rohl. The film franchise is based on characters created by Burger and Megan Metzger.
Vanessa also serves as a producer alongside Brad Krevoy.
