Declan Donnelly will have a co-presenter on this year's series of I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here, show bosses have confirmed.
In a statement at The Edinburgh International Television Festival in Scotland , ITV chief Kevin Lygo made the announcement, and revealed that Ant McPartlin is "doing well".
Ant is currently focusing on his recovery, after he was convicted of drink driving earlier this year.
Following his conviction, it was revealed that Ant would not be appearing alongside best friend and co-host Dec to present the 2018 series of I'm A Celeb.
In a statement released on social media, it was confirmed: "Ant McPartlin today announces he will continue to take a break from all television presenting roles until 2019. Ant will not present I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! in November this year."
Following much speculation as to whether or not he would be replaced, Kevin Lygo made the announcement that show bosses are scouting for somebody to take Ant's spot.
He told the festival: "The good news is he's [Ant is] doing well he's doing everything he should be doing to get better.
"We collectively thought let's give it a good enough time off because this thing is a slow procedure so that's what we've decided to do.
"He's not going to go to the jungle but Dec is, we'll find someone to go with Dec."
While it has not yet been confirmed who will be replacing Ant, fans of the show have widely speculated that close friend and former I'm A Celeb contestant Scarlett Moffatt could be in the running.
Other stars tipped for the position include Stephen Mulhern, Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield.
