Now sweet maker Swizzels has launched a brand-new advent calendar just in time for the festive season - and it contains all our favourite sweets.

Featuring Drumstick Squashies, Refreshers chew bars and Love Hearts, it's an upgrade from the traditional chocolate calendar we're used to.
For those not content with mere chocolate hidden behind windows, this one's tasty offerings include individually wrapped sweets, with an eye-catching design to entice us (not that we need enticing tbh), every day from the 1st right up until Christmas Eve.
The brand new design for this year features a behind the scenes look into the factory, showing the nation's favourite sweets being made.

Not only that, but there is also an interactive search puzzle on the back of the box, which links to daily questions on each door.
Retailing at £5, and available from Tesco, Wilko and Sainsbury's, as well as directly through the Swizzels website, this is one present we hope Santa can bring early!
The sweet maker has been around since 1928 and produce some of our favourite tasty treats such as Drumstick lollies, the naturally love-them-or-hate-them Parma Violets and the oh-so-yummy Fizzers.
