If you want your weekly baking fix without having to spend a ton of time in the kitchen, listen up.
For this week's Tyla Lockdown Bake, we're showing you how to make Biscoff Mug Cakes - and not only are they mouthwateringly delicious, but they're so easy, too.
More importantly, you can make them in a matter of minutes, with just a handful of ingredients - and a mug!
All you need to recreate the treat is Biscoff spread (crunchy or smooth, either works), milk, flour, baking powder, an egg and some vegetable oil. If you're a mega Biscoff fan, you can also add a few crumbled Biscoff biscuits for an extra indulgent mug cake.
Recipe
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Biscoff spread
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Biscoff biscuits (optional)
Method
1. Combine all ingredients, except for the Biscoff biscuits, in a good sized mug until smooth.
2. Microwave on full power for approximately one to two minutes, regularly checking to see if the cake is cooked. Be careful not to overcook as you don't want to create a rubbery consistency.
3. Top with melted Biscoff spread and crushed Biscoff biscuits.

Enjoy!
