Biscoff fans, we have just the treat for your heatwave.

Circulating online, your favourite biscuit treat is being combined with cool and soothing ice cream for the perfect summer day pick-me-up.

The treat sees delicious caramel-flavoured ice-cream infused with crunchy pieces of Biscoff and drizzled with Biscoff sauce. Mmmm!

Fans of the cult Belgian biscuit have been showing off their creations online - just take a look:

The best part about this is that it's so SO easy to make.

You've heard of no-churn ice cream, right? It's essentially a way to make ice cream from your kitchen if it isn't fitted out with an proper ice cream churner (whose is?!)

All you need is five ingredients - double cream, condensed milk, vanilla extract, Biscoff biscuits and Biscoff sauce (optional) - and a mixer or otherwise, a hand whisk if you're prepared to put in a bit of elbow grease!

Begin by adding two cups of double cream into your mixing bowl and whip until light and fluffy.

Next, add a can of condensed milk, a teaspoon of vanilla extract and whip until thick.

After, grab a load of your Biscoff biscuits, wrap them in a tea towel and crush them using any hard tool at your disposal.

Mix your crushed biscuits into your ice-cream, and at this stage, you can also mix in some Biscoff spread.

Pour it into a bowl and freeze overnight.

When you wake up, your delicious Biscoff ice cream will be ready to scoop out and enjoy in the sunshine. Drizzle on some Biscoff sauce for some extra indulgence.

Enjoy!
