Aldi Is Selling Pigs-In-Blankets And Stuffing Kebabs For Christmas

What a way to work kebabs into the Christmas season.

The world has gone pigs-in-blankets mad this season and now Aldi has really upped the stakes by introducing them in a kebab form.

What's not to like? Kebabs? Good. Sausages? Good. Bacon? Good.

And what's even better about these mini skewers is that the two sausages wrapped in bacon on either end, sandwich a miniature sage and onion stuffing ball in the middle. Drooling much?

The store has taken two of the best bits of Christmas dinner and popped them on one delicious skewer ready for consumption. You can't get much more festive than that.

We have no idea how stuffing and pigs-in-blankets didn't come higher in a survey that asked Brits to rank their favourite Christmas Day food, tbh.

The skewers are £2.99 for 432g and they would make the perfect party food for all those gatherings you've got lined up from now until New Year's Eve.

Sadly though they are not available online, but you can get them in Aldi stores - you can find your nearest one here.

It's not the only fun festive offering the supermarket is serving up this year either.

Aldi is also selling a giant two metre long pig-in-blanket that will be great to share on Christmas Day. It's actually the longest in the UK and at six foot five, it is the height of a basketball player!

No need to fight over the last few pigs this year, this one sounds like it'll go on forever.

But for those with palates that prefer a bit of a kick, you'll love Aldi's new twist on the much-loved festive food, launching a super hot version.

New this Christmas, the scorpion chilli pigs-in-blankets are not for the fainthearted, using the super fiery breed of chilli sourced especially from Trinidad.

Just to put that into perspective for you, according to the Guinness Book Of Records, the scorpion chilli - or 'Butch T' pepper, as it is also known - was ranked the hottest in the world in 2011, and held the title for three consecutive years.

Now that's going to be one spicy saucisson!
