In our book, it's never too early to start getting excited about Christmas - particularly in 2020 when, let's face it, we need to get our kicks where we can.
We're currently salivating over the finer details of Aldi's upcoming festive food range, which includes everything from heavenly-sounding truffle pigs in blankets (yum!) to a multi-roast birds (meaning three birds in one, FYI).
As yet, we don't know price tags for the range, but that doesn't mean we can't get excited about all those delicious-sounding flavour combos, right?
Mains and Sides

To accompany Aldi's show-stopping three-bird roast, we'll be needing some of those all-important pigs in blankets.
Laced with the distinct flavour of truffle, the deluxe Truffle Pigs are perfect for anyone who likes a hint of luxury, and sit alongside a wider range of three giant-sized Pigs in Blankets, Loaded Pigs in Blankets and Vegan Pigs in Bankets.
We'll also see the return of the fan-favourite Two-Metre Long Pig in Blanket, ideal for families who don't do Christmas by halves.
If you'd prefer a cheesy accompaniment to your Christmas dinner, you can opt for the Halloumi Wrapped in Bacon - a tasty twist on a traditional favourite.
There are Loaded Mini Yorkshire Puds, too, laden with sausage stuffing balls and crowned with a pig in blanket. Mmm!

Aldi is pulling out all the stops with their new-and-improved mix of party food, too.

Brand-new additions include a Pulled Pork and Pancetta Cracker, Stuffed Ham Joints and Thai Roses.
We can't wait to tuck into the Mini Sliders, Pork Pies and Prawn Lollipops - and for veggies, there are No Duck Spring Rolls.

Whether you want Whisky Infused Smoked Salmon to kick off your Christmas morning, or a festive seafood supper of Cod Loin Wrapped in Bacon and Scallops, Aldi's new range of fresh seafood offers plenty of lip-smacking options.
Cheese
It just wouldn't be Christmas without a cheeseboard and Aldi has come up trumps with a divine selection of continental and British cheeses. Think Stratford Blue Cheese, Kidderton Ash Goat's cheese, Goosnargh Gold Double Gloucester and more!
Desserts, cakes and pies

After all those savoury options, it's time for something sweet - and the dessert range doesn't disappoint. We're especially excited about a golden-hued take on the Nation's Favourite Sticky Toffee Pudding and a Chocolate Orange Melt in The Middle Pudding, which sounds super festive.
If you prefer your sugar kick wrapped in buttery pastry, you'll love the mince pie collection, which included Millionaire's Mince Pies, Flavoured Crumble Mince Pies and Mini Mince Pies.

From the citrus flavours of Haysmith's Spiced Plum and Clementine Gin to Infusionist Millionaires Shortbread Gin Liqueur and Haysmith's Blood Orange and Peach Gin, there are no shortage of Christmassy bottles to pop in Aldi's booze range.
