Kim Kardashian has issued an update after revealing the shock news that she'd been diagnosed with a brain aneurysm last week.
For those who aren't up to speed, the SKIMS founder and reality TV star, 45, first revealed the unexpected blow to her health in a preview for the seventh season of The Kardashians on Thursday (October 23).
In the trailer, Kim is seen going into an MRI scanner, before later telling her family: "There was a little aneurysm."

Her older sister Kourtney is visibly taken aback as she shouts, 'Woah!' and Kim then clarifies: "They were like, 'Just stress.'"
As per the NHS, a brain aneurysm is a swelling in a blood vessel in your brain. If the aneurysm bursts it can cause a bleed on your brain, but this is rare.
Nothing else had been said about the news since it was announced and fans of Kim were left worried, sending the star their well wishes.

But as we say, she's now issued fans with an update - and thankfully, it's good news.
During an appearance on Good Morning America yesterday (28 October), Kim told host Robin Roberts: "You’ll see in the next episode I did go and get a Prenuvo scan."
A Prenuvo scan is a high-tech imaging-based health assessment that includes an evaluation of major organs and spine for cancer, aneurysms and disease.
Essentially, it's a full health MOT for your body that can pick up illnesses before symptoms even appear.

Kim continued: "And I had to end up going and getting tons of other brain scans at Cedars-Sinai [Medical Center] with all the team."
Without going into too many details, she said: "And so, just tune in next week, but everything works out."
The mother-of-four also made sure to stress the importance of looking after your health and encouraged people to 'always check everything'.
She said: “It’s just a good measure to go make sure that you always check everything. And health is wealth, and you have to be careful with everything that you do."
Although it's yet to be officially confirmed, The Kardashians trailer seemed to allude to 'stress' contributing to the health woe.
It teased that challenges Kim was facing at the time, including pressure as she prepared to take the bar exam, as well as traveling to Paris for her 2016 armed robbery court case, and of course dealing with her divorce from ex-husband Kanye West.

Speaking of their split in the trailer, the reality TV star said: "I’m happy it’s over. My ex will be in my life no matter what. We have four kids together."
Kim, filed for divorce from the controversial rapper back in 2021, citing 'irreconcilable differences' at the time.
The year before, Kanye behaviour had been causing controversy and concern following his diagnosis of bipolar disorder in 2016.
