Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel's prenup reportedly included a hefty 'cheating clause,' meaning the singer would have to fork out if he were unfaithful to his wife.
Now, we know cheating causes emotional damage in any relationship, it's just not usually a whopping $500,000 worth of damage.
But, the American actress, 43, and 'SexyBack' singer, 44, allegedly decided to put it in writing to ensure neither of them is unfaithful throughout their marriage.
According to The New York Daily News, they penned in an infidelity clause which states Biel will receive the huge six-figure sum if Timberlake cheats. The couple, who have never confirmed such an agreement, this week celebrated their 13th wedding anniversary by posting a rare carousel of photos together.

Timberlake wrote on his Instagram story: “Happy anniversary @jessicabiel. Seems like this was just yesterday," while Biel posted a snap of her husband smiling near the Eiffel Tower, alongside the caption: "I love you!!!"

The talented pair began dating in 2007, before getting engaged in December 2011 and tying the knot in October2012, at the Borgo Egnazia resort in Fasano, Italy.
They also welcomed two songs together - Silas Randall Timberlake, born in April 2015, and Phineas Timberlake, born in the summer of 2020. According to TheThings.com, the couple's unexpected prenup kicked off a trend of 'lifestyle' clauses within celebrity prenups.

One asset-protection attorney reportedly noted: "Reports of the Timberlake-Biel prenup infidelity clause in 2012 began a trend in so-called 'lifestyle' clauses within prenups, postnups and cohabitation agreements."
And we've actually seen this come into play this month, with Keith Urban's reported 'cocaine clause' in her prenup with Nicole Kidman. The Aussie actress, 58, petitioned to end her marriage to the New Zealand country music star, 57, in a Nashville court on Tuesday 30 Sept. The couple had been together for 19 years, having tied the knot in Sydney, Australia in 2006.
And after the world found out the shock news, details of their prenup began circulating, including one unique and specific clause.

As reported by Radar Online, a 'cocaine clause' was included in the prenuptial agreement, which meant that if Urban remains sober from drugs and alcohol throughout their marriage, and if it were to end, then he would receive a huge payment of $600,000 for every year that they were together.
The pair married in 2006 before filing for divorce this year, so that means they've spent 19 years together. So, if they do to stick to this, it means the singer could be in for a very big pay day of $11.4 million.
And the celebrity prenup rumours don't stop there, with a lot of high-profile couples having strange clauses thrown into their agreement.
According to The Telegraph, Tom Cruise's and Katie Holmes' prenup outlined that she would be awarded $3m for every year she stayed married to Cruise, capped at $33m.

Meanwhile, Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta-Jones’s prenup reportedly entitled her to $2.8m for every year they were wed, as well as a $5m 'straying fee' if Douglas ever cheated on her.
