Khloé Kardashian finally responds to rumours she’s dating Scott Disick

One of reality TV’s longest-running rumours and fan theories is back in the spotlight: are Khloé Kardashian and Scott Disick dating?

The speculation would come as a huge shock to fans if it were true, given that Scott is the ex-partner of Khloé’s sister, Kourtney Kardashian, with whom he shares three children. Kris Jenner once even suggested that Scott had a ‘brother/sister crush’ on Khloé, a claim she was quick to shut down.

Now, with the new season of The Kardashians airing, with one plot line being Khloé's four-year celibacy, the rumours swirling once again, Khloé has firmly denied that there is anything romantic going on between the pair.

Speaking on the October 22 episode of her Khloé in Wonder Land podcast, the reality TV star and businesswoman said she had ‘no idea’ where the rumours had come from.

“Oh my god, this Scott thing. I actually sent it to Scott and I was like, ‘Did you know that people think you and I are dating again?’” she began. “And he said, ‘Why? Where did this come from?’”

“I have no idea the origin of it. Everything they’ve shown is old stuff,” she continued.

When a scene from the latest season’s trailer was mentioned, where the two friends (yes, friends!) joked about having a baby together, Khloé said she thought viewers would know it had been edited.

“That, obviously, is editing, but no, we're not a couple. one, He's the father of my two nephews and niece,” Khloé said. She went on to joke that Scott would be a stepdad and an uncle to her children if they did so.

“Sure, in history, I'm sure that's happened for people, but it's not going to happen here. That's like the main thing,” she added. “Two, also, he's like my brother. Like my real legit brother. That's weird.”

This isn’t the first time the pair have dealt with relationship rumours. In October 2023, Kris Jenner joked that Scott had a crush on Khloé, ‘but it’s like a brother/sister crush, where he looks at you and admires—‘ she said in an outtake during an episode’s end credits.

“That's not a thing,” Khloe interjected. “There's no such thing as a brother/sister crush, unless you live in the six states that legalise incest and we don’t do that here.”

Their close bond and friendship has also sparked the imagination of fans. In 2019, Khloé posted a birthday tribute to Scott and she directly responded to someone who couldn’t believe that they had ‘never shagged’.

She clarified that they are strictly ‘family’.

In the first season of the family’s Hulu series, Khloé candidly spoke about how her relationship with Scott had changed over the years. “Somehow Scott and I became, like, besties and he really is like a brother to me. He does speak to me, maybe, a little more flirty than my real brother does. The whole thing’s f--king weird.”

And in the inaugural episode of her podcast, the Good American jeans co-founder put the rumours to bed after revealing that the top question she’d been asked was whether they had ‘hooked up’.

He dismissed the speculation as absurd, stating: "Like, bro, I have children with her sister. We’re not soulmates. ... The fact that people think that is psychotic".
