Love Island has just dropped the first look trailer for tonight’s episode and it's left fans on social media divided.
The drama between Ekin-Su and Davide reaches boiling point when he discovers she lied to him about meeting Jay on the terrace. Watch below:
While Ekin-Su has won a lot of fans for bringing the drama this season and going after what she wants, some people felt for Davide amid her betrayal.

The actor, 27, immediately got to know Scottish newcomer Jay despite being coupled up with Davide, who she believed wasn’t making enough effort with her.
Reacting to the trailer, one fan wrote: “Surely we’re all on Davide's side right? [sic]”
“How people are defending Ekin-Su in this situation is beyond me lmao,” wrote a second. “The girl pretty much cheated on him after selling him dreams 3 days ago and shes trying to act like the victim now… [sic]”
A third wrote: “Davide knew from the beginning that something was off so he was reserved… clearly for good reason Look at how she’s behaving. Is she okay?? She’s been sneaking around kissing another guy! Instead of her to say I’m no longer interested in you she’s gone behind his back [sic].”
“She’s so manipulative wtf,” added a fourth viewer. “Glad Davide is strong enough to see past the blatant gaslighting.”
Then there were those who believed Ekin-Su was following her heart in the pursuit of love, even if it did lead to her crawling around on her hands and knees.
“She’s right he only cares about her when there’s another guy involved,” wrote one Twitter user. “He was blowing cold literally two days ago smh [sic].”
A second agreed: “Davide do the bare minimum for Ekin su. But when she shows a bit of emotions about it, he acts up like she's crazy. Honestly she can crack on with whoever she wants to [sic].”
“I can't stand Davide man,” wrote a third. “The only time he puts in any effort is when he’s feeling threatened by another man. Ekin-su is right, he does not give a fuck about her & is only using her as a place holder. He's only throwing a fit because he knows he's gonna get the boot [sic].”
A fourth remarked: ”nah even though ekin-su didn’t handle this in the best way she’s right, davide couldn’t even make her coffee didn’t show he liked her until another man walks in it’s ridiculous [sic].”
