The cleaning influencer explained that she got the idea for her hot chocolate bundles from Pinterest, and that all the components can be purchased from eBay, Home Bargains or the local supermarket.

Narrating her how-to guide, Mrs Hinch said: "So, I've decided to make by hot chocolate tubes this evening guys, I thought they'd be quite cute.

"I'm going to wing it and see how they come out! You can't beat a homemade gift for Christmas."

You will need:

• Test tubes
• Bamboo or wooden spoons
• Candy canes
• String
• Ribbon
• Transparent gift wrap

For the test tube filling:

• Cocoa powder
• Chocolate chips
• Mini marshmallows
• Sugar or sweetener (optional)

Step-by-step

1. Fill your test tubes with cocoa powder, a little bit of sugar or sweetener (if wanted), white and dark chocolate chips, and a scattering of mini marshmallows.

2. Take a candy cane and wooden spoon, along with your test tube, and lay on a sheet of transparent gift wrap.

3. Secure the wrap with a piece of string and add a little ribbon to complete your festive hot chocolate bundle.
