Lotus Biscoff fans will find a way to incorporate the tasty ingredient into just about anything. Truffles? Check. Cupcakes? Check. Lasagne? Yep, they really have done that, too.
But their next invention might just be a godsend in this hot weather.
People are making Lotus Biscoff Iced Lattes, and they're the heatwave refreshment we didn't know we needed.

Now, we've told you about Biscoff Lattes before (the hot drink recipe was all the rage last year when it hit the internet), so it should come as no surprise that the method for making an iced version isn't too dissimilar.

There are tonnes of slight variations on the web, but essentially all you need to do is brew your espresso coffee, microwave your Biscoff spread for around 10 seconds to warm it up and give it the right consistency and then add the hot espresso to the Biscoff mixture, so it seeps through and flavours it.

After that, add a healthy amount of ice to cool the drink alongside some chilled full fat milk or cream.
If you're feeling really fancy you can top with whipped cream and crumbled Biscoff biscuit, too.
The video above is from TikTok user @azahkumiko, but she's far from the only one making the iced bev.
When a similar recipe was shared on one TikToker, @7amcoffeeclub's page, the reaction was pretty immense, quickly picking up over 22,000 'likes' and tonnes of comments from Biscoff enthusiasts, pledging to try their hand at it immediately.
"Oh damn I gotta try this," one follower wrote.

While another agreed: "Thank you. Didn't even know I needed this but yes".
Someone else wrote: "Holy smokes," as a fourth quipped: "I made this instantly. Was so nice".
