Costa's Launches New Spring Menu And It Includes A Rolo Muffin

Costa has launched its spring menu, meaning, if they're saying it, it's officially spring, right? RIGHT?

Anyway, the coffee chain dropped its limited-edition March menu today and it includes some brand new additions as well as some returning favourites.

The debut we're most excited about is the brand new Chocolate & Caramel Rolo Muffin. This scrumptious muffin is filled with delicious caramel sauce, topped with sticky caramel icing and finished off with three mini Rolos. Yuuuuum.

And that's not the only sweet snack addition to get our mouths watering. Costa is introducing a Salted Caramel Brownie to its menus which is made with dark chocolate, salted caramel and milk chocolate chunks.

There's also the limited-edition Belgian Bun: a soft dough bun containing lemon filling with juicy saltines and topped with white icing and a cherry.

We're dribbling.

But of course you'll need something to wash all this deliciousness down. How about a trio of hot chocolates?

Yes, Costa's spring menu will see three hot chocs included: their signature Hot Chocolate, oh-so-sweet White Hot Chocolate and - back by popular demand - the Ruby Cocoa Hot Chocolate.

The latter, made with rare ruby cocoa beans which gives it its bright pink hue, became somewhat of an Instagram star last year - so naturally the chain would be bringing it back.

For something more savoury, the lunch menu will feature the Cumberland Sausage & Caramelised Onion Toastie, New York Deli Pastrami & Emmental Toastie and a new offering for cheese lovers: the Three Cheese & Chutney Toastie.

You got that right. We'll be making a beeline for that Rolo muffin ASAP.

Costa Coffee's spring menu will be available in stores nationwide from Thursday 5th March 2020.
