Horror fans rejoice because now you can watch the classic horror movies that you love while getting paid.

Who doesn't love a good horror movie? The adrenaline rush, the jump scares, watching with one eye through your fingers while you scream at the TV that she shouldn't have gone in there in the first place!

Horror movies are great, and while there are new releases every day, there are plenty of excellent, classic horror movies that will live in the heart of all horror fans. And now, you can even get paid to watch them.

FinanceBuzz is hiring a Horror Heart Rae Analyst to help them find out which films are the scariest.

You can apply for this dream job now, with the successful applicant tasked with watching 13 different horror movies while wearing a FitBit that will track their heart rate.

FinanceBuzz are offering $1,300 (£942) for a true horror fan to watch these movies, as well as providing the FitBit for free and a $50 (£36) gift card for the movie rental costs.

The movies chosen are a mix of high-budget and low-budget horror movies, all released to varying success.

The list includes Saw, Amityville Horror, A Quiet Place, A Quiet Place 2, Candyman, Insidious, The Blair Watch Project, Sinister, Get Out, The Purge, Halloween (2018), Paranormal Activity, and Annabelle.

If you're a self-proclaimed horror connoisseur, and you think you've got what it takes to sit through 13 heart-wrenching and terrifying horror movies, then you can apply now.

You will have between 9-18th October to watch all the movies, which works out to 1.2 movies per day – easy peasy!

Applicants unfortunately must be based in the United States and be over 18, so sadly UK residents cannot be a part of this exciting opportunity.

Applications are due at midnight on 26th September, and you will be contacted by 1st October if successful. So forget that job application, apply for this instead and hopefully you'll make great money for doing what you already do anyway – binge-watching movies on the sofa.
