Sofia Richie announces second pregnancy leaving fans confused over major detail
The 27-year-old model took to Instagram earlier today (17 October) to share the exciting news
Sofia Richie has just announced her second pregnancy but one major detail has left fans seriously confused.
The 27-year-old model first began dating music executive Elliot Grainge in January 2021 before getting engaged the following year in April 2022.
They married a year later, in April 2023, in a lavish ceremony at the Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc in the south of France and just a matter of month later in January 2024, Sofia announced she was expecting their first child, a baby girl.
She gave birth to their daughter, Eloise Samantha Grainge, last May and it seems little Eloise is set to be a big sister very soon now that the mother-of-one has just showed off her baby bump today.

Sofia captioned the post which she posted to her 11 million Instagram followers earlier this morning (17 October): "On my way to launch these babies [baby emoji] + @srgatelier."
One Instagram user penned: "Wait.. TWINS?!"
"Babies? As in two?!!" chirped a second, while a third chimed in: "These babies [eyes emoji]."
A fourth exclaimed: "EXCUSE ME TWINS?????"
"Babies? There’s 2?" wondered another.
Many others, however, were quick to point out the two 'babies' in question were Sofia's actual upcoming addition to her family as well as her new fashion brand named SRG, the initials of her name after tying to the knot with Elliot Grainge.
"I think she meant that one baby is her brand and the other is an actual baby. Not that she was having twins lol congrats!" wrote a sixth.
A seventh echoed: "I think when she says babies she means 1 baby + her brand as the other 'baby' maybe, congratulations though!!"
"ONE BABY and her new company/brand. C’mon guys," penned another and a final Instagram user added: "Reading comprehension at an all-time low."
Back in May, Sofia shared a rare glimpse at her family life on Instagram as she celebrated their daughter’s first birthday.
"A year ago today my little girl was born," she wrote. "I didn’t realise her first birthday was going to be such a mix of emotions for me. On one hand, it’s the most amazing, beautiful milestone. On the other hand, I look back and realise those tiny little moments are something I’ll never get back. Watching her grow has been a gift. My greatest achievement will ALWAYS be her."
"She has given me purpose, and I am nothing without her. Elliot and I couldn’t love anything in this life more. I don’t know what I did to deserve my little buggie, but all I know is my heaven is right here on earth with her, so beyond blessed," the soon-to-be mum of two concluded her caption.
