Brandi Glanville has revealed that she’s preparing to undergo facial surgery amid her ongoing health issues.
The reality TV star and model, 53, who rose to fame on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills in the 2010s, shared the update during the latest episode of her Brandi Glanville Unfiltered podcast on Thursday (22 October).
Glanville explained: “Dr. Carlo Henrado is taking my face off on Friday and going to do an exploratory surgery to kind of do a power wash under my skin.
“He knows where there are two definite spots - either fungal balls or something alive. I think it’s alive personally, cause it moves when it wants to.”

Essentially, the doctor will ‘peel back’ her face to see what the issue is underneath - but it’s coming at a hefty cost.
The reality star explained that he’s doing it for ‘what insurance will take, plus another $5,000’ but she’s ‘okay with that’.
Glanville elaborated: “It started in my face, in my cheek and my jawbone, and then it went over my head, the back of my neck, and now it’s down my spine.
“I’ve never had facial surgery, so I’m super excited, but I’m scared to death.”

She revealed that apparently it’s more ‘intensive than a facelift’ and the doctor is ‘going in there with a power washer, basically, and knives and all this s***t’.
The model added: “And then he’s spinning my blood and doing this platelet thing on the inside of my face.”
She also wrote on X: “I'm super nervous about this facial surgery tomorrow and I'm nervous about what my face will look like after, but health is wealth, and that's all I truly want.”
Last month, the RHOBH star revealed she had been diagnosed with multiple conditions after years of unexplained health problems.
She first suspected she might have a facial parasite when she began exhibiting signs of disfigurement in 2023.
As reported by Page Six, she was recently diagnosed with having ‘highly resistant ESBL Klebsiella and Enterobacter with biofilm, Coccidioidomycosis (Valley fever), Demodex dermatitis and mononucleosis’.
Glanville also previously spoke about having a fungal ball in her face that she was preparing to have removed.
As reported by US Weekly, she’s spent more than $113,000 on different treatment options, which have produced mixed results.

During the 8 October episode of her podcast, she said: “Something is in my face, eating it. I know they’re going to find that out when they go in there.
“I’ve scheduled exploratory surgery in a couple of weeks. I have two appointments this week. I am so excited. These past four years, I didn’t think I was going to make it.”
Last month, Glanville’s friend Gina Rodriguez set up a GoFundMe to help pay for her treatments, which are costing the star ‘approximately $3,300–6,000 every month’.
She wrote: “For the past three years, RHOBH Alum, Brandi Glanville has been fighting an illness that has completely changed her life. She has gone from doctor to doctor searching for answers while her health continued to decline.
“Now, after years of uncertainty, she finally has diagnoses and a treatment plan, but the road ahead is long, painful, and incredibly expensive.
“Brandi has been diagnosed with highly resistant ESBL Klebsiella and Enterobacter with biofilm, Coccidioidomycosis (Valley Fever), Demodex dermatitis, and mononucleosis.
“Doctors have also identified a fungal ball in her face that needs to be removed. Her treatment plan requires months of daily IV medication through a PICC line, and she is expected to remain on treatment for at least 4–6 months, possibly longer depending on how her body responds.”
