Olivia Culpo has reflected on her jam-packed hospital bag, almost a year after her video showcasing its contents went viral.
The 34-year-old American model has defended her choice and made it clear she has no regrets about what she packed before the birth of her first child, Colette.
The little girl, whom Culpo shares with her NFL star hubby Christian McCaffrey, was born in July last year.
Before she headed to the hospital to give birth, the influencer posted a video on TikTok where she showcased all of the items she was bringing with her, including flameless flickering candles and a framed picture of her dog.

The video quickly went viral and sparked a social media debate, with some people feeling it was excessive, while others defended the mum-to-be’s choice to bring what’s going to make her feel most comfortable.
Now, a month after Culpo announced the exciting news that she and McCaffrey are expecting their second child, she’s admitted she ‘used everything in it’ and wants to bring some of the items again for round two.
Speaking to PEOPLE Magazine, the former Miss Universe said: “People either loved it or hated it because it was so thorough, but I honestly used everything in it. There are a few things I wanna bring again.”
Culpo also said that since becoming a parent, she often consults ChatGPT and social media for efficient advice on packing and travel hacks.
She said: “I always ask, ‘Am I forgetting anything? I always make a really thorough packing list. I'm sure you saw my hospital bag maybe. That was very extreme.”
“I always say there's the friend that doesn't bring anything, [and] the friend that brings everything for everyone else,” the mother-of-one added, “I'm the person that always has what the other people forgot.”
The model also defended her packing choices at the time last year, despite the influx of haters.
She wrote in an Instagram Story: “I got roasted a little for what I packed - but I ended up using it ALL.
“When you're recovering from a C-section and stuck in the hospital for 3-4+ days, having your creature comforts is no joke.”

Some of the items Culpo packed included in her two large suitcases included her own pillows for ‘beauty sleep,’ as well as ‘extra fluffy’ comforters, sleep masks, a mini-fan, an all-black Cashmere outfit, and a smock dress.
Comments under the video read: “OLIVIA ARE YOU MOVING TO THE HOSPITAL” and “Olivia the last thing you’ll be doing is sleeping.”
A third wrote: “It won't even fit in the room!” and a fourth quipped: “The flickering candles made me literally LOL.”
While someone else defended her, penning: “God forbid a woman wants to be and feel the most prepared and comfortable as possible when she GIVES BIRTH.”
And another fan agreed: “This is deeply personal to HER. Let her have whichever items she wants to make her feel comfortable during her childbirth experience. Some of you critics in the comments are so miserable.”
