North West reveals the one piercing Kim Kardashian won't allow her to get
Despite what some critics have said, Kim Kardashian has reportedly issued her daughter North West with one pretty strict boundary when it comes to her passion for piercings.
In a brand new interview with Dazed, the 13-year-old explained that, while her reality TV star mother is all for self-expression - especially through the medium of fashion - there's one procedure she's not allowed to undergo.
As a reminder, North debuted two dermal piercings on her hands earlier this year, which many of her social media followers initially assumed to be fake, given the extremity of the location.
After she confirmed they were, in fact, very much real, several health experts expressed concern over the risks of rejection, migration, infection, scarring, snagging and nerve damage.

Kim also faced severe backlash at the time, with one TikTok user hitting out: "Kim needs to learn how to be a mom & not a BFF to your children."
Another wrote: "I'm sorry, but isn't this too much for a 12-year-old? I mean, let kids be kids. 12, come on!"
As we say, however, according to her eldest daughter, the 45-year-old isn't a total pushover and has actually ruled out the possibility of North undergoing one specific procedure until she's old enough.
Discussing her love of piercings, aspiring musician North first gushed: "They just make you your full self."
She went on to reveal, however: "I really want to get my bridge pierced, but I’m not allowed."
A bridge piercing is a horizontal surface piercing that sits right across the bridge of the nose between the eyes, often considered one of the most extreme facial piercings out there.
Many medics warn fans of body jewellery away from this particular type of piercing due to it impacting a thin layer of skin. As such, the body often treats the jewellery like a splinter and pushes it closer to the surface, leading to permanent scarring.
Then, there's the issue of open wounds having the potential to trap bacteria, with infections near the nose and sinuses sometimes requiring prompt medical attention.
North previously made it clear, however, that she has no intention of listening to opposers to her punky look - something she recently made clear while lip-syncing to a popular trending sound which says, 'Why are you crying? How old are you? Just pull it together', in a TikTok on her mother's shared account.
At the time, she wrote over the video: "This is for everyone that's mad over a finger piercing."
Kim also took the opportunity to respond to accusations that she's acting more like her daughter's 'best friend' than her mother.
During an appearance on the Call Her Daddy podcast back in January, the mum-of-four explained: "I think like the one misconception that people might have is like, ‘Oh, she's trying to be her bestie and lets her get away with a lot'.
"Like, no. Nory actually has a lot of rules. The one area is I do let her express herself, and I do let her do that.
"I love her for that, and she would do it, you know, regardless."
She also insisted that North's unconventional aesthetic - complete with blue hair and facial tattoos - isn't a 'phase'.
"It's funny, like people are like, 'Oh, this blue hair, all of this all of a sudden or like her fake piercings that she puts up or her', you know.
"I have pictures of her when we were in first grade where she'd come with, like, a fake septum ring, and she has her green braids, and she has pink braids, but she's always loved the coloured braids in her hair since she was little."
