Man in Khloé Kardashian’s unexpected birthday post is finally identified

Fans have been quick to identify the man in Khloé Kardashian’s series of unexpected birthday posts.

On Tuesday (9 June), the 41-year-old reality TV star spammed her 292 million Instagram followers with a load of posts wishing someone named Savas a happy birthday.

Khloé captioned her sweet photo dump: "Happy Happy Birthdayyyy, @worldwidesavas!!!

"I’m so unbelievably lucky to have you in my life. You are one of the most loyal, trustworthy, funny, and genuinely wonderful people I know. There aren’t many people I can spend hours debating with, laughing with, venting to, and every time I walk away with my cheeks hurting because I was smiling and laughing so hard."

Khloé's birthday tribute continued: "Thank you for always showing up for me and my entire family with so much love, support, kindness and encouragement. You have the biggest heart, and anyone lucky enough to know you feels it.

"Watching the way you love my babies has always meant so much to me. You are the most incredible uncle to my babies, and the bond you share with them is something we all treasure deeply. They absolutely adore you and honestly, so do I."

She rounded off the gushy statement: "I love you, you freak!"

Savas responded in the comments: "Thank you, Koko appreciate you so much."

Khloé shared a number of snaps from the photo dump on Instagram Stories along with a photo of a 'Happy Birthday' headband and confetti, another image of a birthday cake with icing reading 'Happy Birthday Savas and a video of Savas blowing out his birthday candles, joined by Khloé's two children.

She also shared a message reading: "Happy happy birthday to one of the most special humans

"The best uncle to my babies.

"Everyone, please wish @worldwidesavas a spectacular birthday."

After catching light of the avalanche of snaps, fans rushed to social media to share their thoughts.

One Reddit user penned: "Okay, I know this was already posted earlier today lol, but I have a different question that has never been able to be answered before. Now, who exactly is Savas? I know he is apparently Tristan’s best friend, but like - what is his actual Job? Tristan’s assistant? Did they grow up together or something? Genuinely curious."

Another questioned: "Who is this dude? Like, I don't keep up with this family (no pun intended lol) I just noticed he's always with them despite not seeming to have any reason to be connected to them...???"

And a Redditor echoed: "He’s Tristan’s bff and possibly Khloe’s, but I still don’t know what he does for work."

Such fans would be correct, Savas is one of Tristan's best friends, and, presumably, he also became close with the Kardashian family following Khloé and Tristan's relationship.

While the pair parted ways in 2022, they still co-parent their two children: a daughter named True and a son named Tatum.

Tristan himself shared an Instagram Stories birthday post of Savas alongside a caption reading: "Happy Birthday to my brother @worldwidesavas. Love you broski. Always hold it down."

A previous birthday post from years back also saw Tristan refer to Savas as his 'broski' again.

"Happy birthday to my broski @worldwidesavas, sending you love and blessings on your day. Everyone, go show him some luv. Love you, broski."

And Khloé's older sister, Kim Kardashian, also shared a Stories post yesterday, writing: "Happy birthday @worldwidesavas. Thank you for being the greatest friend to all of us!!!"
