Khloé Kardashian’s birthday celebration has a surprise appearance from her brother.
The reality TV star turned 42 on 27 June and she celebrated with several members of her family.
The Kardashians are known for their fancy events and it looks like Khloé’s recent bash was no exception. In a picture showing the Good American founder with her loved ones, she posed alongside her mum Kris Jenner, 70, and elder sisters Kourtney, 47, and Kim, 45.
Fans were pleasantly shocked to see that Rob Kardashian, 39, was also in attendance alongside his daughter Dream, nine, whom he shares with ex-girlfriend Blac Chyna.

“How blessed am I? Missing a few but they’re always with me,” Khloé captioned the birthday post which she shared on Tuesday, 30 June.

Rob has taken a step back from the limelight and reality TV but occasionally makes appearances. During his time on Keeping Up with the Kardashians, fans saw how close he is with Khloé and he even lived with her and her husband at the time, Lamar Odom.
He commented on the post: “We are so Blessed to have you! We love you so much!!!”
Fans shared their happiness at seeing the most reclusive Kardashian in the post.
“I love you @khloekardashian but I can’t even tell you how happy you made me by sharing a pic of Rob,” one fan commented. “He seems happy and healthy. MMy heart is full.
Another fan gushed: “Rob is looking real fine damnnnnn.”
A third shared: "Can we take a moment for not just how amazing you all look, but Rob … [heart-eyes emoji]."
After a nine-year break from TV, Rob returned to our screens in The Kardashians in the season seven premiere in October 2025.
He also appeared on Khloé’s podcast, Khloé in Wonderland, where she shut down rumours of a feud between his siblings being the reason for his public absence.

“It just has everything to do with myself,” he shared. “There’s definitely nothing wrong between any of us. I’m not comfortable in my skin, so why would I wanna go be on camera and just be vulnerable and let people in? That’s not what I wanna do.”
Khloé has also commented on speculation that Rob would one day return to reality TV full-time.
In a confessional featured on The Kardashians in 2023, the mother-of-two confessed: "I do think Rob would come back to the show.
"He talks about it a lot, he does, but I do know that Rob has been through a lot personally."
Khloe admitted, however, that her younger brother was doing well out of the limelight.
“He's literally the best dad I know and I'm so proud of him for that,” she gushed. “And I know that he is feeling really good about himself and I'm happy for him.”
