Khloé Kardashian shares her ‘man-ifest’ including very cheeky requirement for future boyfriend
Khloé Kardashian is getting serious about what she wants in her next relationship.
With older sister Kim by her side, she’s putting pen to paper and manifesting her dream man. If you’re going to make a list of boyfriend must-haves, you might as well have a man-manifest list.
In a recent episode of The Kardashians, the sisters sat down to take matters into their own hands and get Khloé one step closer to finding her next man.
Throughout season eight, Khloé’s four-year celibacy and decision to step back from dating has come as a huge shock to Kim, who suggested ex-recycling. It has also become a major talking point, including the awkward aftermath of her flirty Instagram exchange with a high school teacher.

Now, Kim is determined to get her sister back out there, and what better place to start than by manifesting her dream boyfriend by using her own man-ifest list as inspo.
Kim, who is now dating Lewis Hamilton, shared her own list which contains ’55 things’. One of the attributes on the list is ‘protective’, which Khloé agrees to add to her own list.
Khloé has a pretty specific idea of her dream man, and she’s not afraid to spell out her requirements with the help of her sister. “A leader but will still let me be me, need a sense of humour, a man of God,” she explains, adding that he needs to be ‘successful in his own right’ because, as she puts it, ‘I’m no sugar mama.’
Skims founder Kim, meanwhile, is on hand to add a few essentials of her own, including ‘good teeth’. But Khloé’s list gets a little more cheeky, as she insists, ‘He can’t have a micropenis,’ before adding that her future boyfriend must be open to beauty treatments or, at the very least, “Don’t judge me for doing what I gotta do.”
Kim backs her up with another must-have: “Must be OK with plastic surgery.”
And while Khloé admits, “I love affection,” the sisters have very different views on baggage. Kim declares, ‘I wrote, no heavy baggage,’ but Khloé has other ideas. She quips: “Some baggage I like to see. If it’s Louis Vuitton, bring it on,” she jokes. All laughs aside, Khloé is also looking for someone who’ll be “my biggest supporter and cheerleader” as she wants to give that same love and support right back.
How does Khloé’s list compare to Kim’s?
In an episode that aired in 2024, Kim revealed her own list as she was also single at the time.
The reality TV star explained that she's now noted down her exact requirements for a man in future so he can meet her relationship standards.
"The guys coming to the show just don’t check enough boxes on my list. We made a man list, a manifest list,” she said as she headed to a fashion show.
Next we see Kim bring up her 'list' on her phone notes, and it turns out it isn't just a few items but is pretty long.
"Protect me, fight for me, good hygiene - that’s a given, I should even take that off. Calm, no mum or dad issues, patient, supportive, genuinely happy for me, successful.
"Good teeth, spontaneous, fun, my friends and family love him. Someone that can be a role model for my kids, especially that my boys can look up to."
She then continued: "No heavy baggage - I have enough. Taller than me, someone that loves to work out, a motivated person, an independent person that’s not clingy and someone with good taste."
Kim then revealed her list even includes what a future partner's teeth should look like, as she joked: "Teeth are one of my biggest turn-ons. The straighter, the hornier I’ll get. Just kidding, but not kidding…”
Speaking direct to camera in her TV confessional, she adds: “No balding. But then I don’t know, if I’m also in love, I’ll rub your bald head. We’re just talking about our perfection list."
