The final book in the Fifty Shades collection now has an official cover.
Author E.L. James has given fans another taste of the spin-off book, Freed: Fifty Shades Freed as Told by Christian, which is a retelling of the intense relationship with Christian and Anastasia from Mr. Grey's perspective.
"I'm delighted to share with you the cover for Freed: Fifty Shades Freed as told by Christian. Coming 1st June 2021," the author tweeted on Thursday.
E.L. James also updated her blog with a more in depth description of the new book on her blog.

"You are cordially invited to the wedding of the decade, when Christian Grey will make Anastasia Steele his wife," it reads. "But is he really husband material? His dad is unsure, his brother wants to organise one helluva bachelor party, and his fiancée won't vow to obey..."
In Freed, Christian Grey and Anastasia Steele tie the knot--but marriage brings its own challenges. Though their passion burns hotter and deeper than ever, Ana's defiant spirit continues to stir Christian's darkest fears and tests his need for control.
And as old rivalries and resentments endanger them both, one misjudgement threatens to tear them apart.

The book was adapted into a film, Fifty Shades Freed, in 2018 starring Dakota Johnson as Anastasia and The Fall's Jamie Dornan as Christian. It was the final film in the Fifty Shades trilogy and grossed $372 million (£267,975,780.00) at the box office.
E.L. previously described the process of writing the book in a statement.
"For me, just as for Anastasia Steele, Christian is a challenging, infuriating, and endlessly fascinating character," James said.
"Living in his head is exhausting, but I got to explore aspects of his life in Freed that we only glimpsed in the original trilogy."
