Married at First Sight UK stars Franky Spencer and Marilyse Corrigan have split, it has been confirmed.
Personal trainer Franky, 47, confirmed he his separation from wife Marilyse, 36, in an emotional Instagram statement addressed to the show's viewers.
"Hi guys, unfortunately, Marilyse and I have broke up," he wrote alongside pictures of the pair during their relationship. "It’s very sad because we get along great and have gotten through a lot of obstacles but it just hasn’t worked out."
Fans of the couple will be pleased to know the split appears to be amicable and they have decided to separate on good terms.

"We have been mature enough to remain friends because we still respect each other and been through so much together in such a short time.
Franky added: "Let me tell you that this woman has a huge heart which I adored and I will always appreciate all the support she gave me when trying to adapt to a new life.
"Thank you Maz, you're a star! You and your family have been a very special chapter in my life."
The split may not come as a surprise to some fans, however, after viewers spotted several 'red flags' after they tied the knot on the E4 show.

Fans spotted a few incompatibilities between the pair early on in the series, when the men were tasked with picking dates for their wives.
Franky organised a date for which involved water sports - despite the fact Marilyse told him she had a fear of open water.
She told Franky she 'wasn't that excited' for their paddle boarding date, due to her phobia. Speaking to the camera, Franky then admitted: "Ok yesterday, Maz told me her fear of water, and I forgot that".

Franky went on to tease a clearly petrified Marilyse, telling her that she would only fall in the water "about 300 times".
Just a few days later, fans of the show were particularly concerned about Marilyse, after describing Franky's behaviour in the episode as the 'embodiment of a red flag'.
As they sat down to chat, the experts quickly honed in on one of the couple's biggest challenges - the fact that Franky currently lives in Dubai, while Marilyse is from a small town in West Yorkshire.

Speaking about the possibility that he may have to move back to the UK to be with his wife, Franky said: "It's not a distance thing, it's a giving up what I have built as a freelance guy, and I've built a lot in Dubai.

"But I'm a guy with big balls, and if I have to start that business all over again in not a cool place. And that's no disrespect to her small town."
The rest of the couples - and viewers at home - were pretty shocked by the comment. One fan tweeted at the time: "The way he spoke about where she lives! Red flags all over the place: run Marylise, run."
Marilyse is a personal trainer from Beverley, East Yorkshire. She has two sons with her ex-husband.
Leeds-born Franky is a divorcee and had been single for five years before coming on MAFS UK and letting the experts work their magic.
