And the glasses are visible in scenes even after the first few episodes, which see them leave the pods and enter the real world.

Fans have had the most hilarious reactions and theories about the gold wine glasses on social media. "Are they legally required to drink out of those gold goblets? #LoveIsBlind,” one fan pondered.

A response said: “In every scene. Even the parent’s houses.”

Another fan posted a picture of similar gold glasses and said: “Do the producers of #LoveIsBlind own stock in these gold cups? Is there no other glassware available?! #LoveIsBlindS2”.

And one Harry Potter fan made a hilarious connection between the gold glasses in Netflix dating show and Deathly Hallows - Part 2.

The Twitter user shared a picture of Harry and Hermione breaking into Gringotts Bank where the Gemino Curse downs them under the weight of gold goblets and chalices.

“The #LoveIsBlind cast drowning in gold wine glasses,” they said alongside the picture.

The accuracy is mind-blowing.

In an interview with Variety, Love Is Blind creator Chris Coelen was asked about the glass and why they're literally everywhere.

"I don’t know, it’s something I like," he replied. "When you turn on the show, you know it’s our show. It’s a very authentic, really true following of these people’s journeys, but I like the fact that we have this sort of connective tissue with that in a really light way, it’s fun."

There's your answer folks. It sounds like the gold glasses are here to stay!
