Suits fans have been wowed by a major transformation for one of the stars of the show, Rick Hoffman.
The actor played the role of Louis Litt, and starred alongside Meghan Markle, who played Rachel Zane until she left the show after meeting Prince Harry.
The cast also featured Gabriel Macht as Harvey Specter, Patrick J. Adams as Michael Ross, and Sarah Rafferty, who plays Donna Paulsen.
Hoffman posted a cheeky mirror selfie on Instagram to his 1.2 million followers, revealing his new look.

He captioned it "Been a min" accompanied by the hashtag 'circling back', and revealed the results of what sounds like some seriously hard work and dedication to improving his fitness.
Viewers of the show wanted to know how he did it, and filled the comment section for requests to know what his secret is as he looks a world away from his Suits character.

"May I ask your secret for weight loss? You look great!" asked one, and Hoffman gladly replied with his tips and tricks.
We love it when people don't gatekeep.
The star answered "Intense intermittent fasting and keto diet. No alcohol."
One fan joked: "I didn't know intermittent fasting could grow hair," after spotting Hoffman's thick new hairstyle.
"What a transformation!" raved one fan, while another defended: "I'm sorry… why is anyone surprised?? This is Rick F’n Hoffman we’re talking about here!! When has he not had all that SWAG??"
His former co-star Rafferty left some supportive emojis too, praising his new look.
Some fans say he now looks more like the swoon worthy lead of the show, Harvey Specter.
"The harveyfication of louis needs to be taught at Harvard," joked one, as someone else agreed "Louis turning into Harvey!"

Another said simply: "Louis Fitt," as another marvelled: "Wow, I didn't recognise him for a sec!"
Hoffman previously he shared how he warned Meghan Markle about getting involved with Prince Harry.
Speaking on the Today show ahead her marriage, he recalled: "I had gotten the news early, and I was like, 'You got to be kidding me'. And it was like, both of us in the trailer like, 'Oh my. You're going - you're dating a prince?'"
He said he tried to give Markle some advice: "I was just like, 'Well, take it slow. Be careful. Don't let him hurt you'."
Suits carried on for two more series before ending in 2019 after she left, and even had a reunion, but Markle was nowhere to be seen.
Co-star Gina Torres confessed: "We don’t have her number. We just don’t."
She insisted there was no hard feelings: "She'll see, she'll watch. She'll be happy that we're here."

The Rachel Zane star left Suits after announcing her engagement to Prince Harry in 2017.
After tying the knot the following year, the couple stepped away from royal duties and relocated across the pond to California, where they’re now raising their two children, Archie and Lilibet.
They’ve since been involved in philanthropy and production, launching the Archewell Foundation and Archewell Productions, and working with Netflix on the Harry & Meghan (2022) docuseries and With Love, Meghan (2025).
As well as founding her own brand, As Ever, Markle’s set to return to acting with a cameo as herself in comedy film Close Personal Friends, which is yet to be released.

Adams has continued his onscreen work since his days playing college dropout-turned-unlicensed lawyer, Mike Ross on Suits. He departed the series at the same time as Markle after their characters got married and moved to Seattle, however, he later returned for some guest appearances.
Adams went on to star in the likes of Disney+'s The Right Stuff (2020), Netflix's Wayward (2025), and the BBC’s The Bombing of Pan Am 103 (2025). His latest project is the Paramount+ series The Madison.
The actor married Pretty Little Liars star Troian Bellisario in 2016 and they share three daughters together.

After Suits ended in 2019, the Harvey Specter actor appeared to step away from the spotlight and moved to Europe with his family, where they live a private life. However, Macht later reprised the iconic role for the NBC spinoff series Suits: LA (2025).
Macht is also an executive shareholder and brand ambassador for Bear Fight Whiskey.
He has two children with his wife of over two decades, actress Jacinda Barrett.

Since saying goodbye to Donna Paulsen, Rafferty has continued her acting career, appearing in the Netflix drama series My Life with the Walter Boys (2023-present), as well as recurring medical roles in Grey’s Anatomy (2020) and Chicago Med (2021-2022).
Away from the TV screen, Rafferty is an ambassador for the Alzheimer's Association and The Brain Project.
She shares her two kids with her husband, Santtu Seppälä, whom she wed in 2001.
